Update:
Dollar Tree is much better. The store cleaned and stocked, I'm happy to see that the store is doing well.

How sad to see that the shelves are empty. The boxes in the aisles are not set for the customers to pick up the products. Customers aren't responsible for taking things from the boxes.... Everything is a DISASTER. The employees are also miserable. There is no customer service at all. My question is, what is the manager doing?

I went to the Holyoke location tonight for 20 balloons I needed for work. Joselyn was fantastic!! So accommodating and friendly. Hang on to that one, what a gem!! Thanks again Joselyn :)
