Ocean State Job Lot

Love that they have brands that you don't see at the grocery store. But the ones you know are also much cheaper than the grocery. Love to try the different coffee brands. This is also an alternative to find different types of snacks and dried foods.

Employees were very polite and helpful. Store was clean and well stocked. Prices were reasonable. If customers donated a school backpack, they were rewarded a $15 gift card and announced through intercom which was awesome and fun. Positive vibes for sure.

I go shopping here with my grandma. The associates are always friendly and helpful!

I just love this store. Different things all the time. Useful to whimsy. Staff is fun and friendly. As a senior I can afford the merchandise. They have great deals and specials that help me enjoy projects and hobbies. Tons of healthy food options too!

Good price, good helpful friendly people

They had mostly everything we wanted. Prices weren't too bad and because we have their card, we got a couple of items on sale. Love going to Ocean State and will certainly go back again.

Its a great store to walk around and see what stuff they have. The prices are good and there's always new stuff to see. The people who work there are always friendly.

Always a little bit of everything at a great price. Their gluten free section is absolutely terrific.

I want to give a big shout out to Melvin and Tracy at the Ocean State Job Lot store in Holyoke, MA. I bought a big rug, about 8'x11', which was a under a pile of other rugs. They took the time to move the other rugs, roll up the rug I was buying thoroughly, and brought it to my car. They were very friendly and professional while doing it. I want to thank them and also ask the management if it can re-design the rug section of the store to make it easier to get the rugs out, e.g. vertical storage for the rugs or pre-roll the rugs.

Picture big-lots but with pool supplies and better food. They were selling protein bars with 4 grams of sugar, 23 grams of protein, and were only a dollar each. I mean I bought five of them kinda expecting them to taste like play dough but turns out they tasted like and off-brand rice crispy treat so surprisingly good. All of the products I get there are good prices, they also have the cheapest dumbells I could find in Massachusetts so if you're trying to find some that don't cost 20 bucks a weight then take a stop here

I was looking for a certain shampoo and I just couldn’t find it I was in rush to get back home after work and a young woman name Ashley pointed me to the right direction I didn’t even have to ask for help it’s like she read my mind. Great customer service! We need more employees showing that they care for the customer ! Nice job 👍🏻

I went to this store searching for something to give my friend and came out with 10 items for myself 😂 It was my first time in this store and I just love it. So many things to find and try. You shouldn't shop at this store if you are hungry or curiously looking for quarantine projects because you will leave with more than what you canr in for. Unless you have will power... I clearly do not

Love this place and the people, fast, friendly, clean and yes if you cant find it they will help you. I love getting lost in this store. You have to visit the cookie aisle they have snacks from all over the world.

Great place to go and buy things. I went there on 01/04/22. I was looking for a Calendar. I found exactly what I was looking for. If, this Store doesn't have it, you don't need it. Very friendly Staff too.

Holyoke store is well organized and staff is cordial and helpful. Had to order what I wanted they emailed two days later to come pick it up. They found my order quickly and efficiently.
