Perfect place to test ride and purchase my first e-bike! They have a great variety of e-bikes, personal service, and David was very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely no reason to buy on-line when you can shop at a bike store like this!

I randomly called eBike Revolution trying to get some unbiased information regarding a particular bike and ended up speaking with the owner. I mentioned I was calling from across the country so I wouldn't be able to purchase anything from them, and that didn't matter at all. He patiently spoke with me for 15 minutes answering all of my questions and providing me all the insight and suggestions I was looking for. He definitely went above and beyond what I was expecting when I made the call. If I lived in the area I would definitely shop at eBike Revolution.

This business is owned by a fantastic family. I called around to other places and nobody called me back. Then I realized the time and it was a holiday. Lol. It truly was a laughing moment for my fiance. Until David called me back from a closed business. who's is laughing now... haha. David answered all my questions and invited my fiance and I to his place to ride every E Bike he had. I have to say David and his wife truly treated us like family. Needless to say, we bought two bikes from Dave. Now check this out!. I was ready to take the bikes home in a box. Then dave said, "I really like to have my Mechanics build them for you, im not going to charge you anything more. I'd rather make sure your bikes are torqued to the manufacture specifications, tuned, and built correctly. I prefer it because i want it done right for you guys. " This was amazing because anyone else would have loaded the bikes in the car, took the sale, and went on to the next customer. Nope, David would rather pay his mechanics to build our bikes correctly for no further cost to us. I was going to buy the bikes online, but thank goodness I didn't. I would have never gotten the additional warranties that David provides. The bikes would have come in a box online, and we would have never met dave and his wife. We were so pleased to have met them. They were so helpful and pleasant. I will be going to The ebike Revolution Store for my services and everything else I need. I never leave reviews..... this time, I had to. Thank you David .

Great selection and service. Dave is very knowledgeable and helpful. I told Dave what I was looking for and after one test ride I now have exactly what I needed. In the past I purchased 2 ebikes online and wasn't half as pleased as I am with my purchase from Dave. If you are looking for an ebike I highly recommend going here first.

I love this store, there is several brands to choose from with ebikes for all types of riding on and off road. It really makes a difference being to talk to someone knowledgeable and find the right fit for me and then test ride the perfect bike for me unlike ordering one from an online picture and then try to figure out how to assemble it. Plus they service them if anything ever went wrong. What a great find!!!

I recently purchased an Aventon Level 2 e-bike and am enjoying it very much. I had one minor issue and David took care of it in a timely manor. I recommend E-bike Revolution Store for your next e-bike.
