Smoke Shop Guys

They carry Puffco replacement parts! I was so happy to find the part I needed locally. The shop looked well stocked, with lots of prominent displays. The guys were super friendly and helped me understand how to better maintain my device. Plus, their online order process was a breeze. I will go back for sure.

I live in maine and order from SSG all the time. It's my go to smoke shop. I had an issue of a lost package and they replaced it no problem. My lost package then arrived a month later and they told me to keep it. Superior customer service and fast shipping. These guys run a great shop!

Great shop, shipped to me in Vegas and got a mini badger for 10 bucks cheaper than i could have on the huni badger website, definitely will be shopping here again!

I have ordered stuff from few places and either received my order very late or mostly never received it. So I stopped ordering anything online. But took a chance with this shop after long time. Decent glass pieces good prices I bought 3 bowls when I got home I notice that one bowls has a crack I'm not happy about it but I'm ok with it it's a good and he gives good deals

Not a native to Chicago but while I was in town driving to different smoke shops this one felt like home they have a friendly staff and have all the puffco products I was looking for definitely my go to when I come back to Chicago

There are a lot of smoke shops in the area but I always end up coming here, even if it's further out, because of the great staff & prices. Purchased out of state from their website. I missed the confirmation email so I called the store to make sure the order was correct and they were friendly and sent me another one, mentioned it might have gone to spam(it totally had, smh) and confirmed my order was placed! It was shipped the next day and I received it very quickly. Everything got here safe, it is gorgeous and everything I had hoped it would be! Thank you so much!

They have a friendly staff here and prices are reasonable. I do wish they had a discount program. Even if it was a simple 'spin the wheel for a discount' program. But being a frequent and probably forever customer, it helps promote future clients. I do enjoy the variation of items in the store and feel they have a good portion of the market.
