Big Lots

First time going to this location! There were banners that said grand opening so I'm not sure if it just had an over haul or it is actually new.

My wife and I went here in search of a lap shade and it wasn't until the end of our trip that we remembered why we actually went to the store and asked if they had a section for lamp shades. Sadly, the associate we asked said they no longer carried shades. Total bummer but that's okay because the beginning part of our visit was enjoyable.

We found a great and inexpensive ironing board that we've been needing, a decent selection of LED light bulbs that weren't been meaning to pick up, new phone charging cables that are 10ft in length, and a nice side table to help us completely our living room. None of these items were on our list of things to get but they were items that were reasonably priced so we couldn't turn them up.

Their selection of simple electronics, like headphones and speakers, really caught my attention. Vivitar and Poloroid brands all over, and most were under $25. A great deal for Bluetooth speakers!

All in all, I was very pleased with the aray of products, the presentation of the store, and the prices. Sadly, we had to go elsewhere for our lamp shades though.

I drove my Wife over to this Big Lots store so she could pick up a brand of oil she prefers for salad dressing(sunflower/olive/canola blend). She was able to find the oil she wanted with the help of an associate that had to retrieve a bottle from their storage area.

Nice clean updated store. This store has a large selection of seasonal items.I saw Valentines, St. Patrick's Day, and Easter decorations all during my visit. Employees are friendly and helpful! They have a little bit of everything at this location.

One of the cleaner and bigger Big Lots I've been too, they seem well stocked and offer a sanitizer station at the entrance. The staff I've interacted with has been friendly and helpful. The prices seem a bit higher than I would expect for Big Lots but overall good experience and I'll return

Ya know what?!?! Big Lots is nice, y'all!! I haven't been in one for a long while and I was pleasantly surprised. The store was bright[ and clean and items were laid out in a way that made sense. I found exactly what I was looking for. The cashier was friendly and there were plenty of employees around who appeared willing to help. 10/10 Will shop again.

I love love love love Big Lots. Too the point that any that knows me knows I live for this store. Legitimately one of the best locations in the Columbus area ! Hidden gem with amazing staff and great selection. Very friendly about helping me out to the car with a large item . I hope they pay well .

Customer service at this store is amazing! Never have I seen a team of employees go above and beyond like the team at this store. Even after our purchase didn't work out, they were 150% on board to solve the issue. Will definitely go back!

Customer service was excellent today. The young lady who assisted me took the time to check the stockroom and find my items. She also loaded them into my cart as well. The cashier voluntarily called someone to help load my merchandise into my car. You just don't get that kind of service very often these days. Kudos, Big Lots!

Big Lots on Winchester Pike is my favorite!! Their store is always clean and the workers are always helpful and friendly! Sometimes the wait to check out can be a little long but overall it's a great store.

The store was nice, clean and organized nicely. I was having a very bad day. The employee who checked me out, could tell I was really upset. She asked me if I was OK. I told her, "No ..not really". She gave me her number and said if I ever wanted to talk, I could call her... anytime!!! In a time and place where this world is in such disarray, it restored my faith in good people. This woman was a Godsend!!!! This world could definitely use more people like her!!!!

The store is nice and bright and clean. The furniture is in the front now and the pantry is in the back. Not congested now. Nice selection of Christmas ornaments. There is this really nice lady named Lisa there who is always anxious to help the customers. The last 3 times I was in there she greeted me and offered her assistance, etc. She was clearly cheerful and probably a people person. People like her bring customers back. Always a good shopping experience. Great merchandise, variety and prices.

Great items & bargain prices.
I'm so happy to see places to shop open. Governor should not shutdown any businesses. Trust the people to protect themselves. Virus can't be stopped by shutdowns.

I had to give them 5 stars today! Great customer service, helped me find what I was looking for, clean store and just a pleasant visit. Can't wait to go back!

Bought a matress and box springs and gentleman that helped us was very kind and helpful. Helped load it into truck as well.

They had great service, The lady at the counter provided help on the app, everything was found easily.

Lady in furniture department was a great person and very helpful. I'm sure get babe was Christine, and the cashier Angela was also very nice and helpful. Will definitely shop at that particular Big Lots for now on

This is the best Big Lots I have been to. Very clean and customer service is great. Good selection and even furniture.
