Passing through town on our way back to L.A., when the check engine light popped up. Cecilia helped me out and was very knowledgeable with the issues of our MBZ Sprinter RV. What’s best was the fact that she was very understanding & accommodating. O’ Reilly’s hired a gem!

Sometimes it's all about going the mile to help. I had a question about my hitch light plugs on my truck and the techs spent the extra time to understand my challenge and found a solution. Clutch for me as I had just rented a uhaul!!

Joe is amazing and very helpful and knowledgeable about what he is doing.

I like coming to O'REILLY'S. They are always friendly and accommodating to their customers. I needed a battery replacement right there and Jose went out of his way to help me with replacing it. Last time I needed replacement for wipers and guess who did them for me there. Customer service is excellent!

I shop at O'Reilly's mainly because they give veterans and military a 10% discount. Today I needed an alternator for my 4runner and they tested my old one before selling me a new one. Also they recharged my battery for free. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was helped with everything I needed.

The employees were awesome and so helpful. I will go back here again; I highly recommend this place.

They were super helpful with my van codes and explaining what would happen with those issues and it pretty much was exactly what I was experiencing. (I'm so bad at names of which guy it was)

I was too broke to buy anything there today (not because it seemed pricey, but I do delivery and broken car = broken wallet)

However, what I can do is leave a good review to support them...

Great customer service and good knowledge. (Some of the other auto stores I have visited in my general vicinity while I have been trying to fix my van have seemed less knowledgeable or helpful.)

Very convenient and very helpful staff. They seem very knowledgeable about most things, but if they aren't sure, they will not hesitate to help you find the right answers or resources for you.

My 04 ford f 150 has real dull head lamps, O'Reilly has this really good conditioner stuff that brings them back real clear.
