114 Coffee Co.

Decided to try this new coffee shop today. It's precious inside, cute decor and plenty of sitting space. There's even a little lounge area. Would be a great place to sit and study!
Our experience was nice. The two people who were working there were very sweet. We only ran into one issue which was that my husband ordered a hot mocha latte and it tasted really really bad. I've never had something so bad at a coffee shop before lol. Unfortunately we didn't realize until we had already left and been gone a little while. But I felt a little ripped off so I decided to go in anyway and ask if they could do anything about it.
When we got there, they remembered us and we explained the problem. They immediately remade his drink without charge. While I was there, I wanted to get another coffee (the same one I had ordered before which was an iced vanilla latte) and I was totally willing to pay for it but they gave that to me for free too! I feel extremely guilty for that but I appreciate the effort towards customer satisfaction.
All in all, I would 100% go back again. The coffee was pretty dang good and the customer service even better.
