Only McDonald's that keeps their ice cream machine on until they close. Even Sonic wouldn't serve ice cream. They were quick and super nice. Keep it up!

I must say that the McDonald's in Collinsville on Beltline, maybe the best McDonald's I've had. We were on our way to a meeting with our accountant and needed to eat quick so we got the Fisherman's Platter two fish fillets and a big thing of fries. The fries were extra hot and fresh and the fish fillets were perfect. And that was in the drive-thru. Very pleased

Food was actually perfect yesterday! It was so fresh off the grill we had to let it cool down to eat! No fountain drinks in the lobby anymore but they were very kind on getting our refills.

I had decided that me and McDonald's were going to take a break because my last few experience is there had not been good. But the experience here was absolutely amazing. The restrooms were clean. And when the app did not work,.
the boss Paula stepped in and forced yes I said it she absolutely forced me to enjoy McDonald's! Our conversation and her quick wit, kept me wanting more, and the food arrived and it was perfect. The McRib was a saucy mess. The french fries a golden brown and salty masterpiece. They had diet Dr Pepper! And on top of that they had holiday pie! The food was so good that I ate there

Depending on which staff is on duty this McDonald's Restaurant was actually one of the faster restaurants in the area. I ordered two triple cheeseburgers with sub slivered onions the time was under 15 minutes during the lunch rush good job!

I didn’t eat McDonald’s for years and went to this one on a whim and have been obsessed since. I stopped going due to locations in other towns and having too many bad experiences but the Beltline location is always fast, clean, and my orders are always perfect. The people that work there are polite and awesome. My food always looks neat and put together which makes me think their work ethic and morale are higher than other local fast food places. I cook 6-7 days a week but if I need a quick fix, I end up here usually. Keep it up!

Staff were are smiling and friendly tonight at 9:30pm! One of the better experiences I've had at McDonald's.

This McDonald's location is always great. They have great customer service and the food is always right and delicious. The stroopwafel McFlurry was delicious!

Food was very fresh. Fries was great! Lobby was dirty in spots, But one person was coming out to clean.

Always gets my order right. Never have to ask for a straw and condiments which is so nice. You will always have napkins in your bag. This may seem silly to enjoy these things when stopping for food but, it make one heck of a difference! Always fresh and hot.

Good service. They allow indoor ordering while socially distanced of course. They fill your soda so a bunch of people aren't touching stuff! Seems quicker to get your food if you go in!😊

Fast accurate great prices and they make the food like it should be made. Place looks clean when I do go inside. Most of the employees are friendly. Also they bring your order to your table and they try to do so fast. This is a good McDonald's for sure

Hamburgers was fresh quarter pounders, my favorite is their mocha fraffes. Best place to get.

I ordered a dbl quarter and got a single.

The quarter pounder has always been my favorite. I love the strawberry shake, can't have them anymore I'm diabetic

This is my breakfast station. Get the app, no joke, saves a lot of money and time. McD staff apologizes to me for waiting after I walk in, skip the line, and hand me my order. The staff are super nice and lively, not much of wait ever and food is always right. Some other McD locations don't do as well on consistency.

It's a McDonald's. What else can I say. Clean, big, nice new chairs and where else can I get a double quarter pounded with cheese. It's a big cheese burger. No bacon, guacamole. Chipotle sauce, salad dressing or all the other ingredients you get at a restaurant where the burger is so tall you can't get it in your mouth. And it comes with some of the best French fries you can find. Service was fast and friendly. About 30% of a restaurant burger and 100% better. Thus the 5 stars.
