AT&T Store

Zell provided excellent customer service. I was greeted by an open door and a kind welcome. He proceeded to show us
Phones available, worked through to make sure we received the best price for our service package and set up our phones. When I got home I had a question and he quickly returned my call and answered my question. Excellent experience!

Cloe is absolutely amazing!!! She handled all my needs very professionally and was super sweet. If I ever need a day out of work I’m certain cloe would call my job for me and explain why I needed it off in the most amazing way. Thank you Cloe!

The Jacksonville IL store is the best AT &T store. Everyone works as a team there to meet every customer's needs. I had all of my requests, questions & needs met in a positive, patient manner. I will not go to another AT&T store. This has been the best experience I've ever had at any phone service store. Special shoutout to Cloe S for being so helpful!

Hayden is amazing and so patient. He looked at and went over all the plans/costs with me and explained everything so I could understand. Definitely recommend him and this store!!

Abby was wonderful to work with. She made sure that our phones were transferred and made sure we had everything we needed. She was very thorough and pleasant and even gave us her number in case we need assistance. She's top notch!!

To my surprise, I had an excellent visit at AT&T today. Brenna was excellent and very helpful! She was quick and did not waste time getting done what I wanted. Usually in there for hours and was done in 30-40 minutes! Would recommend setting up an appointment with her!

Saw Hayden to upgrade my current phone and to backup/restore a second line. Hayden was very professional and knowledgeable in resolving my issues.In addition, he made sure that the second line was correctly restored and confirmed all was working well—thank you Hayden for going above and beyond in helping me with my account!

I had the best experience with Abby at the Jacksonville Il store! She helped me understand my bill and helped me understand and do multiple trades on phones with my account. She went way above to make sure everything was correct! Couldn’t be happier with her service!

Brenna was so helpful with setting up my new phone! She made the process so seamless . I will definitely be back for all my phone needs!

Brenna and Jason were very personable and very time efficient in helping me switch over my phones! I’m glad to have them in helping explaining the process. Go see them!!

Cloe was very helpful. She took the time to get my mom’s phone discounted. Early that day another employee didn’t bother asking for help since I didn’t have a death certificate for my mom. Cloe went above and beyond.. She also looked at my account and noticed a line was on my account and was put on my account as a Data Line. A few years back a ex employee put it on so she could get credit for sales. The Data Line # didn’t have any device for that number.

Brenna is helpful & efficient. She helped me with all my questions & needs. It is much appreciated.
