Dr White is my husband's Dr. She is consistent and polite and checks on every single thing . She explains things and is a caring doctor . I highly recommend her if you or someone you love has issues with their colon. A good doctor is hard to come by and she is a rare find. She definitely cares and the wait time to see her is short. She helped us a couple of years ago get medical insurance and they also set my husband up with some free extra supplies and after care essentials after his his life changing surgery. The whole staff is extremely kind and helpful

I always have an excellent experience at the Springfield Clinic. Friendly staff taken care of quickly and always with a smile. The Clinic is always clean and beautiful to walk into. Staff is helpful when you don't know directions. Doctors are I want to say down to earth it calms my nerves. I go in nervous and come out relaxed and happy with the results thank you.

It started with reception. The young lady who checked me in (I am sorry I don't remember her name) was fantastic. Then Mary the nurse. Not only a great representative of your organization but a great representative of the community. Finally Beth. This visit was everything that a medical visit should be. Diagnostic, education, friendly and finally safe. My experience with SPI Clinics started with Doctor Woodson and her staff. They are the absolute best first impression a patient could have. Today's visit just further confirmed it.

Receptionist met me with a smile and was very courteous. Nurse professional and showed interest in my health. Dr explained my options and was very thorough in my visit. Recommend Springfield Clinic

I just recently began having to see a doctor as of this past Christmas. My appointment was at 2:40 this afternoon. I always show up pretty early for any appointment. I was about 20-25 mins early. Before I got comfortable in a chair waiting to get called back, they were calling me to come back. I got my vitals done and the nurse left and maybe 2 mins later another nurse was in to do my EKG. About 5-10 mins later, she was done and maybe 5 mins later my doctor was in to talk with me. I was in the elevator leaving by 2:45. The staff was really nice and efficient. I was very happy about my visit today. The longest process was maybe check-in and that was only because they were busy and were verifying my insurance. (It's cold and flu season) Of course they were busy. Thanks for making this visit as painless and informative as possible! 👍🏼🏥

We arrived 20 minutes early and I was taken back 5 minutes later. Our nurses and doctor were all friendly, courteous and a pleasure to be around. The doctor told me what I needed to know, how we are going to treat it and I was out.

The people there are so friendly and helpful. You really couldn't ask for nicer people. They actually make "going to the doctor" a very nice experience.

Starting with the receptionist (Karen), my experience was really good. Karen made me feel welcome, we even laughed a little. Dr. Aggarwal was great as always.....

Amanda Sedivy and her nurse Aly with Endocrinology are the best. Always a good appointment with them and both are professional, punctual and include me in my care plan.

Everyone was very kind and prompt.I saw Tera Curtis today and as always she was very thorough and caring love her.

Dr Stealey is very professional and a pleasure to see. She is extremely proficient in diagnosing my multiple skin lesions and has been so through the years.

Ms. Curtis, PA was personable and attentive. She went over things with me and listened well. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and the young woman in the lab was excellent in drawing my blood. It is not unusual for lab techs to try both arms and resort to using my hand. This tech had filled the vial almost before I realized she’d inserted the needle! I am impressed by the more and more by the young women I have met in my visits to Springfield Clinic. I appreciate their attention to my care.
