Visiting Jacksonville from Chicago and I stopped by Soap for some breakfast. It was great. I ordered a couple of breakfast sandwiches, some drinks, and some avocado toast. Great value! Everything was so delicious. Make sure you ask for the garlic sauce. Will be stopping by again before I head out. Recommend to all.

First time at their newer location and had a great experience. I thought the menu boards looked amazing both with the variety to choose from and the creative display. The homemade beauty products they sell in the front part of the store added to the cozy feel of the place & seemed like a great line of products with fun names. My drink was a great value for the price I paid and how well it tasted, so I defiantly recommend checking them out if you are looking for coffee, tea, or just a place to grab a meal especially with the great size seating area they have. The employees are helpful and patient while people order which is very important at a coffee shop and the baked goods on the counter looked delicious and I plan on not eating before I head over next time so I have room to try one. I am glad to see a place like this in jacksonville and next time I am in town I will be meeting up with friends here again.

This is one of my favorite places! The breakfast sandwich is incredible. Delicious and great value, and the garlic aioli is out of this world. Plus it has a great comfortable atmosphere, and is a hub for Jacksonville arts and culture events. 10/10!

Very nice, interesting, eclectic cafe in the heart of Jacksonville. Food and desserts are very tasty with plenty of options to choose from when it comes to coffees and teas. They even have really fun, locally made arts and crafts. You can also purchase hand made soap that comes in charming shapes.
One of my favorite spots whenever I'm out and about, or just need to get some work done, since they finally have fast WiFi too!

Every time I come to town, I come in to do a little computer work. The coffee and food are excellent, but I'm more impressed by the service. The team here remembered my name when I went up to order a bagel after having ordered a drink an hour earlier, something small and seemingly insignificant, but left a big impression. I love supporting small business and will continue to give Soap Co Coffee my business when I come to town. Thank you!

Great coffee shop! Love the atmosphere!

Plenty of space to have a group there or just to be there by yourself and get some work done (WiFi was great).

I got a season latte that was delicious! Baristas we’re very friendly and helpful!

We were on the road headed for vacation when we stopped. One of those awesome places that makes you wish you had it in your home town!

Hidden, but really good.

The entrances are hard to spot--feels like a secret door. But they are still so busy!

The interior is great for a college town coffee shop and their menu is good. They even have a gluten-free option for sandwiches. Their house coffee is solid which is my standard.

As busy as they are, I recommend ordering online.

Seriously... whether you are going east or west... take the time to stop by this gem. Amazing tea and coffee selection; little surprises everywhere in the store from decor to shelf product. A truly wonderful visit in our bucketlist search for the ultimate coffee shoppe experience. Best part... there were bags of used coffee grounds on the patio with a note that they are free for the taking to add to compost piles - AWESOME!! Best, best part... a pay-it-forward wall with drinks purchased by patrons that can be used by anyone who either forgot their wallet (lack of coffee plays with the mind), or when there is more month left after the paycheck has lived put its usefulness. Seriously, just a gem find!!

This was my first experience and it was very pleasant. Just a simple iced tea and grilled breakfast burrito but it didn't disappoint! Darling coffee house and serene setting. I'll be back & I'm sorry to have waited so long to visit.

We were making our way from VT to Utah and stayed in Jacksonville overnight. Searching for coffee before hitting the road, this place was the best rated, though it was off of our route. It has an unassuming exterior, but it’s SO neat on the inside! They were selling locally made goods🥹 The coffees were delicious, and the bagels were soft and delicious 🤤 I was leary of their garlic sauce on a breakfast sandwich, so I asked for it on the side instead. I’m so glad I did! This place is a gem!

Very nice coffee house in a rather small part of town. The bagel sandwich was amazing, and service was friendly.

I enjoyed more than just the aesthetic of this beautiful coffee shop. Here are some things I noticed:
🌿First, there were both pride and religious leaning items in their shop. I appreciated this because LGBTQIA+ are commonly ignored or even looked down on within many religious communities, and in turn many LGBTQIA spaces can make religious queers feel ignored or unwelcomed. I found both identities celebrated here.
🍄Second, the building was disabled accessible and very spacious. There were entrances with ramps, and ramps into the side rooms. My only note here would be that the bathroom doors were extremely heavy and would be difficult for a wheelchair user to open without assistance.
🍄I also found it sensory accessable. For one, the kitchen and register area was sectioned off from the seating area(apparently there was also adorable outdoor seating that I missed completely). This was super helpful because in my experience with coffee shops, the espresso machine and kitchen noises clutter the environment and make it difficult to enjoy my experience. To add to this, there was no music directly in the seating area, just from a speaker in the lobby area, creating a much more sensory friendly environment. I also noticed the lighting was dim, but didn't pay too much attention to lights as it was mid-day. The curtains over the windows were mostly shut. The only sensory stressful moment for me was when I was trying to choose what to order. It was the lobby area with the noises of the espresso machine, music, etc. but to be fair, I was also in there with a large group of people so that always heightens the stress.
🌹Third, their bathrooms. yes, bathrooms can be noteworthy. They were both marked unisex, creating a friendly environment for trans and genderqueer people, and both bathrooms had cute encouraging notes and hotline resources. One of the bathrooms replaced the typical mirror above the sink with a "you look fine" message written on the wall. There was a mirror on the side wall if you're still worried lol.
🌻There were so many other little things with no room to write them here, but overall it was adorable and great food!

Absolutely a gem of a coffee shop on the quaint town square. A very cool and eclectic vibe without being campy and overdone. Cafe Al Lait made in the traditional French method without any unnecessary whamwham, zoomzooms messing it up. Apple muffin was very fresh and flavorful and the employees were interested and conscientious in their tasks. Very good sanitizing protocols in place too. If you're in the area, stop in..

The sausage bagel was great. The coffee cake was the best I’ve had in a long time. The staff was friendly and fast. I got there before they opened and 6 people were waiting ahead of me. I’ll be going back to try the rest of the menu. I would have posted pictures but I didn’t want to stop eating to take them.

I have been here a few different times now and have absolutely loved it each time! I will definitely keep coming back when I am visiting Jacksonville. They have such a variety of items on their menu so there’s so much to choose from, including seasonal flavors and options. I love the eclectic decor style of their building as well. I highly recommend trying them out!

Service was fast - I had a pretty large order that was filled incredibly quickly and the drinks were all amazing! One of the best iced chais I've ever had. The coffee cake was also quite good. Had a cute vibe and seemed like a nice place to hang out or study in

We aren’t from Jacksonville, but had some stops to make in the area today. Needed an afternoon pick-me-up and decided to stop at a local coffee place. SOO glad we did! Having worked in the food industry, I felt bad stopping in so close to closing time, but the staff was super nice and very accommodating! The iced coffee was DE. LIC. IOUS. - and my daughter really enjoyed her chocolate milk! 😆 We’ll be back!

So glad I passed through! My mocha was lovely and my burrito was oh so satisfying! The atmosphere and esthetic is inviting and, honestly, quite cute! The staff was very friendly. I will go again next I’m passing by.
