The person assisting me first seemed concerned that I would pay the price of what I was going to purchase, when I indicated I knew the price and still wanted to purchase it, he immediately tried to up-sell me to the next product, two and a half times the price of the bottle I came in for.

As this store has a decent selection of bourbon and other spirits they are charging well over MSRP on some bourbons and ripping off the public. I was recently in the store and a bottle of Basil Hayden Toast was priced at $99 when MSRP is between $40-$45. A bottle of Elijah Craig Barrel Proof was $99 and is $60-65 MSRP. A bottle of Eagle Rare was also $99 which is $30-$35 MSRP. They will say because it is rear and limited which is false. They will say it is the distributor charging them more which is also false. I will bring my own bourbon next time I visit this town as they do not have the customer in mind with their pricing.
