Would HIGHLY recommend this place!! Rachel was the best, she made sure our experience was above and beyond-explaining things to us we were under-informed on! She made it feel like we were visiting a friend, instead of a store! We will literally never so anywhere else because of the way she made our visit so personally enjoyable!

Vapor City is my go to ALWAYS - the staff is incredibly helpful with more than just my vape/smoking needs. I visited recently and realized I didn’t bring enough cash to cover my total. Pam, one of the kind staff members, didn’t hesitate to lend me the rest! They always make me feel like I’m part of a family and they go above and beyond standard customer service. I highly recommend Vapor City to anyone and everyone!! 10/10

Vapor city has been my go to shop for the past two years now, mostly for the fact of the staff being so friendly and knowledgeable. They are more than helpful in getting you set up with the right gear for you, and don't push you into something that isn't appropriate. They're also very helpful in answering any questions and are very willing to help out when you need a hand.

Excellent service. Friendly, clean, accommodating, they actually care. Top of the line and constantly updated product, huge selection, and very knowledgeable. If you need anything vapor, these folks have it and they won't hesitate to help you find what's right for you, not just what they can sell.

Im starting out quitting smoking, didnt quite know what i was looking for, but by the end got some great flavors, 2 great units for myself and my Fiance' all thanks to Laura that was working at the time. So friendly, helpful. I will definitely be going back to this store. She got me signed up with the rewards program, and set both my units up with great instructions and suggestions. Thank you!!

The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. They will make sure you pick out the right product for you. They will also make sure you know how to operate and take care of your products. I’ve had terrible luck at other vape stores that weren’t helpful and cost me a few hundred dollars. It was very refreshing to find a place where they actually care about the customer. I will continue to shop vapor city for all my vape needs.

Knowledgeable and courteous staff! Highly recommend! What makes a business great is being able to provide a service and product without making the customer uncomfortable. As a beginning vaper I was always intimidated to walk into a vape store for fear of being ridiculed and treated like a moron. Great job by training your staff to always be attentive to everyone's level of experience.

The woman who was behind the counter both of the 2 days that I have been in this store, is absolutely AWESOME,and not just because she was really knowledgeable about all the vaping products, and took the time to explain them to me and making sure i was comfortable with my purchases, but because she was down to earth and our conversation was more on the same personable level, rather than some pushy sales person just wanting to make a sale. I will need to remember to ask her name next time I visit there, which I can say with certainty that I will. I definitely recommend checking this place out, if you are a smoker trying to quit cigarettes, or an existing vape user. 🙄
