Amazing customer service and lots of great products! They stock their shelves with such care, and everything is displayed so nicely! They really specialize in Japanese collectibles, toys, and even Models that you can put together yourself. If you're in to match it together, this is definitely the place for you! We have a good group of people and we even order pizza most of the time! I highly recommend this place to everyone. It's brand new and you should really check it out.

A+ customer service every employee is so kind. Huge variety of products. This store has everything, fair prices, and again, excellent knowledgeable staff. Also very clean and organized store.

Noah Kinsley is a fantastic asset to you team. He's honest and transparent - and provides excellent customer service. He is the primary reason I keep returning to Galactic. Give that man a raise!!

Everything plus more! Knowledge staff, huge variety of Magic and Pokemon (packs and singles), Japanese plushies, not your average game selection, models, foreign snacks, funkos and not sure how to classify it but maybe models/building/painting, card storage, binders and cases etc.

We shop here often and Noah is a great guy, he is super knowledgeable and amazingly helpful. I highly recommend this store for all of your Gundam,Magic, Pokémon and other hobbies.

I absolutely love coming here! Every time I come in the employees are extremely nice and engage in awesome conversation. They treat me, other members of my party, and each other with the utmost respect. If you want to talk about Magic: The Gathering this is your place. You want to buy Pokémon this is the place. Board games, DND, Manga, whatever you can want it is here! An awesome place and one I recommend to everyone.

Went there for my first ever pre-release of mtg at this location, and to my pleasant surprise found out they supply the hungry gamers with pizza for these events! They also have a loyalty program and always make sure that their patrons are having a good time by going to the tables and inquiring how we were faring. Great community, friendly staff, and a welcoming environment. Ill be back for sure 😃

The store is full of fun things for kids to adults,the employees are very helpful and know what there talking about and will even give you tips on how to deal with flaws in the product.overall it the best part of grand haven. Don't often haft to deal with entitled soccer moms because there all crowded in the Starbucks with there demon spown a few buildings down.

We will definitely be stopping here often! Kyra was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly, plus she was skilled at juggling our questions and other customers with ease.

Incredibly friendly staff, massive selection of Model kits and Cards, out of this world prices. This store is a going to be my new number one stop in Grand Haven.

This place is awesome. I love all the various sets of dice they offer. AND you can pick out from a myriad of different types and a spectrum of different colors, so vast it peels beyond the visible spectrum. Fairly priced too. 2 for .50 and three for a buck!? ...I'm your huckleberry! Me and the wife did such and made sets for eachother and revealed them later. And unlike some other similar stores, the ratio of D20s to everything else is plentiful. Besides dice, they have some secondhand collectibles, and while shelves of cars, funkos, games, and hobby supplies and a lot of DnD. Did I mention dice!?

I went to one of their commander nights as a complete newbie to Magic, and everyone in my pod was super chill and willing to help new players. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable about their games.

This quite possibly the best card shop I have had the pleasure of going in the area. The staff is friendly and the commander crowd is chill. Also the manager is one of the sweetest people you can meet! Gotta give this place a visit if you are in the area.

Amazing store, huge selection of anime model kits. Lots of anime and pokemon cards and merchandise too. Staff are awesome.
