AT&T Store

I went to the Lancaster store to transfer my daughter to her own account, Sebastian helped me and did not give up until I was taken care. Great service, super helpful would recommend him a million times over.

Stuff are very friendly and as soon as they enter to the door they accommodate me right away. The guy who assist me is very helpful, just forgot his name. But yah I recommend them

I went into replace my phone. It wasn’t keeping a charge and sir wasn’t working. The employee did a fabulous job assisting me. He transferred all my items off my old phone to my new phone. He was very kind and courteous, and explained to me all new gadgets on the phone.

Great experience working with Tyler. He was knowledgeable and took care of the line transfer quickly. He found some great incentives for adding fiber internet at home. So far service has been so much better than my previous carrier. Glad I made the switch.

We visited this store last night and were beyond impressed with Sebastian. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, & professional and went above & beyond our expectations. Every business needs someone like him representing them.

Went into the store just to look at options for switching carriers. Even though we decided to stick with who we have, the sales person Austin was absolutely amazing in giving us all of the details and options that att offers. When we arrived to the store he greeted us before we even made it inside and even opened the door. I’m not sure about the previous person who left the bad review about this employee but it sounds like they had a different employee because there is no possible way it was the same person. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!!!!

It was busy AF, if it would have been that busy over at T-Mobil we would have been waiting for an hour to get help. We were checked in within a minute when we walked into the store. The young man that helped us Kristian, was fantastic. His conversation skills were far more superior than any help we have ever experienced any were! Helpful and informative! Explained everything to us. Kristian has set the bar for this store extremely high. He will be running his own store before to long.

Christian was great at getting me what I needed quickly while thoroughly explaining my options. They had what I wanted in stock and everything!This is by far the best AT&T store I’ve ever done business with. 100% recommend!

Had a really great experience at this store! Everyone was helpful but Kristian was especially awesome! He had a lot patience with all my questions! Took his time to set things up correctly and was just very personable!!!

The wife and I both got new phones. Best service we've ever had there! Sebastian was a tremendous help! Painless in and out.

This place is amazing. I broke my phone on vacation and they were able to get me a new one in under an hour. I showed up right before closing but he still took care of us and got us some great deals. THANK YOU DRAYDON! I love my new iPhone 13.

Shiann Harvey was an exceptional customer service representative for at&t. She showed wonderful patience, incredibly friendly, helpful and most of all, she resolved my issues. She even stayed 30 minutes after their closing time to help me get my service switched. I would strongly recommend her and the entire at&t staff to anyone who wants great customer service, tech support or any mobile device questions. The entire experience was extremely satisfying, which is hard to find these days. Kudos to you AT&T and Shiann Harvey for the wonderful care you all provide! Thank you so much!

Great place. Austin , my salesperson, spent a long time exposing the phone ( iphone12). I left there feeling as though I really understood the new phone. Austin spent a lot of time helping to assist me in understanding the differences in the iPhone 12 models and which one to choose for my specific needs. As far as setting it up and showing me some of its functions, he was patient and concise without being demeaning. I had thought about changing my service to Verizon but because of the excellent service provided by AT&T I wouldn’t think of it! Thank you for providing such a positive experience today. Thank you for hiring efficient knowledgeable employee’s such as Austin.

After dealing with many complications trying to set up new accounts online, we were instructed to go into our local store and we are so happy that we did! Kyle and James were extremely patient and willing to listen to our frustrations. They were able to work diligently to get us taken care of with the best deals possible and made the best out of what started as a stressful situation. Grateful for their respect and hard work as they assisted us in becoming AT&T members!

Jacob was so helpful! He understood that we weren't in the market for anything fancy to update my mother-in-law's dinosaur of a phone. Not only was he able to find something that met our small tech need, he re-evaluated our plan to get us into a better internet situation now that we have so many people streaming under one roof. He was so informative, and took his time. We really appreciated not feeling rushed. I'll be back in the next couple of months to upgrade my phone.
