This Particular Location Has A Gas Station. Whenever I Shop At Kroger Store I Save Big On Fuel!

Very clean, well stocked, and very friendly staff!

This is by far the nicest Kroger I've ever been to. The bakery, flowers and everything that's typically lacking at every other Kroger I've been to are fully stocked here!

Good supply of fresh fruit and veggies.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. The store was clean, well stocked and organized. Checkout was quick and easy. The coupons on the Kroger app has saved us some money.

Over the top AMAZING customer service by Brandon, Chris (Store Leader), and Sabrina (pharm tech). My cart was too full so Chris helped me take the extra bags to my car. Honestly, I was starting to get concerned that this location had started to go downhill but today it looks like they've increased security measures and their staff was helpful and pleasant!

I LOVE THIS STORE! But let's talk about the sushi,-
These group of people who make the sushi are AMAZING! They are always nice, sushi is always AWESOME!! Please give them a shout out for me because they all deserve it :)

Always can fi d what I'm looking for. I really like their meat/seafood department. The store is always clean and everyone is very friendly. I especially love Starbucks inside the store.

Always a pleasure to be there. The store is very clean and I enjoy everything that is there it's quite big so I use a motorized cart. I always clean the cart before I use it they have sprayed there for that purpose. I always find what I want when I'm there they're very good about keeping things stalked. If you haven't tried the Krogers I suggest you try it because it certainly is nice. I like the one that's on memorial drive the best

We lost our dog last night. Two Kroger workers called me this morning and found him wondering around the parking lot. I just moved to Lancaster and we do shop at this Kroger. I was impressed with the size of the store. The employees there saved the day for my family.

HUGE grocery store! Great selection of food, shampoo, etc. They always have tofu, and several varieties of English muffins. In-store bakery - also efficient checkout. Always have baggers. Oh, and nonalcoholic brews.

I love that this place is updated. Easy to navigate, usually well stocked, they had buttermilk when I needed it. I’m certainly going to shop here again.

Typical grocery store, but was out of the item I was looking for, frozen dumplings. Had to change my dinner line up. But very nice place to get the weekly groceries.

I’ve been Shopping at this store for over 23 years the staff has always been very friendly and very helpful store is always clean sometimes the items that are on sale are not there but then I just come back a different time and they are there love the store and love the people

Through this pandemic Kroger has been so great they wash down the buggies, and pass out mask. The only thing I can complain about at Kroger's is not enough products, they do have the signs up limiting how many you can get people can't follow directions, and think we're going to run out of toilet paper, and paper towels. I don't understand that. Kroger on memorial drive is one of the best stores in our town and I love going there it's clean it's always nice, and all of the people are nice, and you can check out there's always people at their registers, you don't have to wait too long.

New store with amazing deli, unreal cheese selection, always an abundance of workers to lend a hand at whatever you ask of them. Ive been to alot of Kroger stores and this should be the one by which all others are judged. The only negative is that the street entrances and parking lot layout is terrible on so many levels. Just be careful going in and leaving, once inside it will be worth it.

We have been shopping there since they opened this new store about 3 years ago and we love it. Everything about it is fantastic from the staff to the cleanliness, stock, everything, just a great place to buy groceries.

I saw something today that was so cool I wanted to give ‘em a thumbs up. THIS KROGER offers FREE FRUIT to kids. It is such a small thing and, yet, a very cool thing to offer to their customers. Shout out to Josh who helped me find the last three mangos in the store...I greedily grabbed all three for my mango salsa! Also, my experience at the meat counter was very positive. The fine gentleman who helped me didn’t immediately know the answer to my question and, rather than making something up, he went and asked the fish guru in the back to get me an answer. I think the fella’s name was Dan - but don’t hold me to that. Finally, the lady who checked me out (rang up my groceries) was super nice and we had a great conversation about how yummy cilantro is! I’m definitely going to go back more often since it’s the closest grocery store near my house anyway. The only two negatives are: no Apple Pay (contactless payment) and the aisles are narrow (oh - I’m not crazy about the parking lot either - we will call it two and a half negatives). However, those negatives do not outweigh the excellent customer service I received today. Keep it up!

Great experience today. Not as busy as normal. Great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. Lady in the Cheese area especially friendly. Employees busy stocking store. Efficient checkout and bagging of groceries.
