Truly great experience… good service and great pizza. Wings were top tier and hit the spot. Solid drink options as well. Highly recommend.

We came here after a hike in hocking hills on a whim and it was amazing! When I tell you that was the BEST bbq chicken pizza I’ve had in years, I’m not kidding. We came on a weekday w/two families and tons of kids and it was very ideal. The atmosphere is perfect for families. The outdoor patio was fenced and the kids could just run free. Customer service was great. Highly recommend! Nothing fancy but everything you need. And the seasonal beers were a bonus, especially the pumpkin blend cider 🍺 🎃

I work here but I'm not being biased, I just doing a review from people's comments over the last 5 months. I work front counter and I have never even once heard someone complain about their food, that says a lot. Some say it's the best pizza ever. Give it a shot like I did! God Bless and Happy Trails 🙏🥾

A fun little pizza place in Hocking Hills. Not too many options around but this spot is great. We had a 10” pizza after a long day of hiking and it hit the spot. It’s a very thin pizza loaded with toppings. Pretty good! I think we paid $13. They had wings and hoagies and home made ice cream I would love to try another time! Plenty of outdoor seating and a few tables inside. They sell beer and other canned drinks and some water and soda.

Excellent food and service. Ordered online for large corporate event. Order was on time and communication was perfect.

One of the best pizza places around! My wife and I was on our honeymoon and had Capt. Ron's on our last meal headed home and wish it was our first! Their pizza, subs, Chilli dogs and garlic cheese bread with cheese was phenomenal can't wait to try their wings next! Must try place if your around the area! We are going back to Getaway Cabins in Nov and will be getting their amazing food first this time!

Great pizza place off 664, not too many options out this way, wanted to try pizza crossing at first but I tried calling for 15m and it was busy the whole time.

Decided to give Captain Ron's a shot and was not disappointed. Great taste, ample toppings, quality ingredients. Price is a little high, but not too bad.

What I really appreciated was the fact that Captain Ron's is following social distancing, requiring masks, and not allowing people inside, they do curbside or outdoor counter pickup.

I got there about 10m after they said my order would be ready, but it wasn't quite done yet. 10m went by and the guy came out and was very apologetic and said they had to cook my wings again. No big deal from my end, he was communicative and let me know what was going on, that's all I can ask for.

I ordered a large pepperoni, onion, sausage, and banana pepper pizza. Unfortunately they forgot the banana peppers, but the pizza was so good it didn't even matter.

My wife got the chicken spinach alfredo pizza and loved it. Then we got the aforementioned wings (honey garlic) and some cheese sticks. Total price came to around $50, which isn't too bad.

All in all we were very pleased and I give Captain Ron's a 4.8 but since google doesn't allow decimal reviews I rounded up to a 5. Will definitely be back if we're near the area again.

Didn’t expect much but loved their pizza. Right in Hocking Hills and convenient if grabbing some pizza after hiking or staying in a nearby cabin which was what we did. Plenty of toppings, fresh, and quick! Friendly service and you could dine in or outside on picnic tables! A must stop if looking for the best pizza in Hocking Hills!

After reading multiple rave reviews while staying in Lazy Lane’s Buckeye Bungalow cabin, we had to try Captain Ron’s for ourselves. We think of ourselves as connoisseurs of pizza, and the reviews were correct. We had 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 sausage & mushrooms, onions & green pepper on everything. Not only was the pizza excellent; it was served in a timely manner. We’ll make Captain Ron’s a “must do” on future trips.

We stopped in at lunch time for a pizza as it was the closest place to the campground. The pizza was great, but it was the manager that made our stop that much better. She was very nice and friendly. We will definitely stop there again.

Pizza was phenomenal. Garlic bread shows 8 pieces but got 6, worth every penny! Didn't see any piratesbut got no scurvy. Would highly recommend.

We stopped in for a late lunch with our two kids today. We loved it! We got a couple pizzas with a side of fries and everything was wonderful! The food came in a timely manner and the man who took and served our order was so nice! We'll definitely be back.

Excellent service, pizza was absolutely delicious and the place was clean! The man working the front was courteous and very professional. I overheard him telling someone he was still new to the position but I thought he was the owner or manager based upon his excellent customer service!! He is the reason I'm leaving this review because you don't get that kind of customer service everywhere you go, it does make a difference and we will be back hopefully next time we come hike the area. The prices were very reasonable and low cost in my opinion!

We ordered 5 pizzas from Captain Ron’s to feed our hungry family of 14 for our reunion in Hocking Hills. Everyone commented on how delicious all of the pizzas were! Mine was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. They were pretty busy when I arrived to pick them up, but service was friendly and well worth the extra wait. Can’t wait to come back for more!!

Ordered a bunch of pizzas for a large group and they were all correct and delicious. Everyone was happy!

Try their deluxe pizza, it's seriously awesome.
They don't skimp on toppings, and the wings are outstanding.
Most importantly - the staff are very kind and were very communicative during the rush.
Next time we're in Hocking Hills you can bet we'll get some grub!

Had pizza and it was excellent. Was a little thrown off that was cut odd but it was delicious and cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend.

We stopped on a whim and are glad we did. We got the pizza and cheese bread, which was piping hot and delicious. Bill took our order and was patient and friendly. Definitely recommend!

We were staying in the area and didn’t want to drive to Logan for dinner. We decided to give Capt Ron’s a try. First, while you can eat in, it’s really more of a carry out place. We ordered when we arrived. The manager was very helpful and accommodating. We had the chicken bacon Alfredo pizza and it was delicious! We live in Columbus and have many pizza options. This stood up to those, to counter the lone reviewer who claimed it was only good because there aren’t other options. We also split a large Italian salad. Everything was very fresh and the portions were generous. They prepared our order quickly and served it with a smile. We will definitely return when in the area!
