Staples

Ordered some posters I made for a friend, as part of her anniversary gift to her husband. Not only were they printed extremely well and beautifully done, but they were way ahead of schedule!
I was told 1-3 business days, when I ordered them within an hour of the store closing and got an email that they were ready before that happened. I couldn't believe how fast they got both printed out and ready to go, especially considering the quality behind them!

I love the service manager Zack is awesome highly recommended to come this location for all your needs im driving 20 min to do all my shopping

I was in staples to have some invitations specially made. I was being helped by Gabriel and Luke.
Gabriel listen and explained what he can do to help me then he coached Luke before he had to step away because his shift was over. Both gentlemen were pleasant ,professional and went above and being to help me out. This is what great customer service is all about.

Keith, Steve, and the gang are the realest. They did not try to upsell us the most expensive printer, but rather, they were honest about their opinions and guided us toward an educated decision.

Was just at Staples in Southington to purchase a custom transparent decal. Excellent customer service and very helpful staff. Thank you.

As a senior with underlying medical issues, John of the Southington CT Staples assisted me with placing a curbside order. I could not be more please with his exemplary service. Offering to do my shopping, besides applying all my reward, coupons was so appreciated. He was both professional and personable. Excellent service from beginning to end. Thank you, John!

Went in for computer repair. They did not have the services for my issue but the staff (female, 50s?) who spoke with me was very friendly and helpful. I would go again for service.

Cracked the screen on my iphone needed a quick fix. Supprised that staples does screen repairs was in and out in 30min got a new battery and case for my phone to make sure you ask for gabe or marisa they were amazing!

Debra, in the copy center, at the Queen Street Staples did a great job of copying my artwork. She was very efficient and professional. I highly recommend the Queen Street Staples!
