What a great experience! After going to an authorized Verzon rep & being refused help for not having an appointment, they took me right away! Leslie, the sales associate, was the best. Jon-Mark P saved our butts today! My husband lost his phone last night and needed to get a new one ASAP before a business trip. We unknowingly showed up 40 minutes before the store opened, and Jon-Mark was kind enough to welcome us in and assist us. Jon-Mark got us both set up with new phones, and managed to recover important information to my husband's new phone. He provided exceptional customer service, patience, and was able to provide solid advice and present ideas and options for moving forward. I came in to have my phone looked at i love my old note but with Dez he helped me understand that upgrading was my best option but he didn't try to force me to get a new phone unlike most places I have gone in the past. Then I went to this location for my accessories I needed and Jamie greeted me at the door with a smile and took care of my other questions I had on my new phone. Highly recommend Dez and Jamie for any Verizon account

I went in to this Verizon location to get a new phone, and immediately was warmly welcomed by Aaron. He carefully went through all of my options and helped me choose a phone that best fits my needs, and he even bounced ideas off of his coworker (Adam?) who was also very mindful of my needs. What was supposed to be a swift transaction quickly ended up being a much more drawn out process due to several obstacles. Both Aaron and Adam worked diligently to address all of the issues, kept me informed the whole time, and kept the conversation light and fun in between phone calls and paperwork. All in all it was a great experience, and although I was there much longer than anticipated, they made it worthwhile. Thanks for the superior service!

I had a great experience going into this store, very professional. I will be back when I need another phone. I will definitely refer this location to my friends at the gym. Keep up the great work. I don't have to contact the better business bureau or fox 6 news because to my surprise everything was done correctly. They were very knowledgeable and experienced, no issues and very welcoming! I enjoyed my visit.

I went in to get help with my phone and Katie helped me. She was very knowledgeable and could answer all of my questions without hesitation! I was very happy with my experience with her. She will be our new phone guru. The new store in West Bend was really needed and a great addition. We love the convenience of it being so close to home.

I got a new Pixel phone for Christmas, which bizarrely stopped working after a few weeks and could not be reset -- not even to factory settings. I came into this Verizon store very late on a Thursday night, and Jon and Angelo both helped me. They were AMAZING... knowledgeable, courteous, beyond helpful. They documented everything happening, verified that the phone was not recoverable and got me set up on a brand new phone (and phone case) with no charge to me. Awesome, awesome, awesome. Coolest and sweetest guys ever. Also, just a note from a voice of experience -- back up everything. Thank goodness I had everything backed up to google -- recovered all photos, contacts, etc.

Great customer service. We worked with Terrance. We had to order the phones that we wanted (Samsung Galaxy S10+) and they were expected to come in on his scheduled day off but he came to the store and made sure that we had everything done. Very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Answered all of our questions w/o any pressure. The transfer of our data was taking a very long time (not sure why) and Terrance had to leave because of a prior obligation. He had us meet with Stu who also was very helpful and got the transfers working. We would go back here w/o question and will recommend this store/location to others.

Robert was very helpful in setting me up with an upgrade to the iPhone 11. He took time to explain the differences between the new models and what was practical to me and then took the time to transfer everything over from my phone to the new phone. It was so nice getting such great service and I will be sure to come back in the future.

I worked with Cayla and her manager Tim. Mind you this was Cayla's FIRST DAY on the sales floor and she blew me away with how polite and informative she was, while also being clearly excited to earn my business. That alone speaks volumes about their training and management, of which Tim was an exceptional help when it was necessary.

There's a dozen Verizon stores in the Milwaukee area, and its not like they are going to be priced differently. HOWEVER, I can assure you that the staff here will inform you fully on the process, what rebates are available, and they will maximize your savings and satisfaction with your new phone or accessory. Take the extra couple of minutes to drive out to this one, it's worth it.

My husband and I spent 2 1/2 hours at the Verizon store on Capital Drive in Brookfield. We worked with Dan O'Dwyer. He was great and very patient. We are in our 70's and 80's and needed help changing our plans, setting up new services, discussing billing, and purchasing a new phone. Dan was so very helpful. We had laughs and he did have to repeat a few times so our old eyes could follow his instructions. The company could not have a better representative. We are so very please.

Darion helped me and my family set up 5 lines. He scheduled an appointment with us and was ready to help when we arrived. He was organized, answered all our questions and was very patient with us as he assisted us in setting up our new devices.

Nick and Rolando are awesome. Rolando went to another store to get a phone that wasn't in stock while we started the "paperwork." Then, when Nick realized that he didn't have a way to apply device dollars to our order, they called customer service (and waited 38 minutes on hold) and got us a credit. We got a great deal and they were definitely dedicated to making sure that we got the best possible service.

I came into the store today because I needed a new phone. The young man that helped me was Noah and he was very helpful. He explained everything to me and if I had any questions he was able to answer them. I would definitely go back to that store and look for Noah again. I will be in the market for a new iPad in a couple months and that’s who I plan on talking to.
