Wonderful experience, great customer service and quick help. Fabian who helped get me my new phone was extremely helpful in getting me what I needed efficiently and was great to talk to during the process. He was clear about how much I'd be spending and on what and when. Overall I'd recommend this location if you want great service 💯

I received excellent service from the Oconomowoc T-Mobile store. I stopped in to shop for a new cell service. Jonn listened to my concerns regarding our lack of reception at home. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He explained their plans and promotions and set up our phones to try T-Mobile. He also explained that internet was available at our address and I decided to try that too.
The internet is so much faster than Frontier was! Phone is 4 or 5g!
We went back a few days later to finalize our switch to T-Mobile and upgrade our phones. This time we had the opportunity to work with Germany. He was fantastic. Again very patient and knowledgeable. He seemlessly finished what Jonn had started with the service switch.
He then got both my husband and I set up with new phones and watches. We went from iPhones to Samsung so it was not a simple change but Germany was so friendly and chatted with us as we waited for all the info to port to our new phones. We know we have a huge learning curve but with Germany and Fabians help, we left feeling comfortable with our new technology. We highly recommend this store! Wow. This T Mobile store takes the cake for amazing service! While the entire team there was wonderful, my husband and I got lucky enough to work with a SUPERSTAR! Fabian was so wonderful, kind, and helpful. I am always so nervous when we get a new phone, but Fabian made every step of the process easy! If T Mobile is reading this, you should know what a rockstar you have working for you! You do not always get to walk into a place and meet someone like Fabian, who was the very definition of superb customer service. It was an absolute delight to go into that T Mobile store because of Fabian, 20/10 gold stars!

This was my third stop at a T-mobile store in recent months to get setup with 5G Home Internet. No one was able to help me at other locations but Fabian got me all set up. Got it home and the setup was easy. I went from 8-10 Mbps with Frontier that didn't work at all half the time to 100+ Mbps. My wife and kids are finally happy with our Internet speed! Thanks again Fabian for all your help. Truly a positive experience!

I had dropped my phone in water. After contacting the T Mobile repair store, I got sympathy but that's all. I went into the Oconomowoc store and Fabian helped me with a new phone, and the best news was he was able to get my data off my old phone, which was fried, into my new phone. I'm so happy! We had a great experience with Fabian at the Oconomowoc location. After attempting to port a number over at a different location and working with multiple people on the phone with no success we stopped in Oconomowoc and Fabian was able to accomplish what nobody else could. Fabian was amazing! I’ve had T-Mobile for three weeks now and the first two weeks were a nightmare but Fabian went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

Fabian was outstanding- what the Greenfield store on Layton Ave couldn’t do in 5 hours, and what the customer service help line couldn’t do in 1 hour and 30 minutes, he accomplished in just 30 minutes. Job well done doesn’t say enough about Fabian’s customer service skills.

friendly, courteous, smart and took care of our needs an at least 6 others at the same time, and all while making us feel like we were his main focus. He also managed the other 2 employees so every customer was taken care of it’s respect.

There was a also a women that was very difficult to deal with ( nothing due to the store) and he defused the situation and helped the other t mobile person to meet her needs.

if you go to this store…. ask for mark, store is great because of him. 👍👍

We had such a great experience at T-Mobile in Oconomowoc. Fabian was extremely helpful and such a pleasure to work with us switching providers. Pleasant and fun attitude young man. If you go I recommend asking for Fabian.

Thomas and Fabian helped my family with upgrading our phones and also saved me over $70 a month on my bill!!! I’m not the most techy person and they both were so patient with explaining things to me. First time ever having a good cell phone company experience!!!!!

Fabian was an excellent help providing me a very smooth transition from that god awful US Cellular. Got me a crazy deal on a new s21 Ultra and was very helpful in transferring all of my data from my note 5 and helped with all of my questions regarding the new phone because the UI felt very different and was confusing to me at first.
