Caliber Collision

The folks at Caliber Collision did a fantastic job. They clearly reviewed all paperwork, provided timely updates to status and timing of the repairs. The repairs themselves were top quality. The car was returned looking great - they thoroughly cleaned the car - almost a detailing approach. Very impressed.

Great service and quality! I took my vehicle here after having issues with the repairs done at another Caliber location, and they quickly repaired the problems. The manager took the time to explain in great detail what repairs were performed, and what the general process looked like. The shop also went above and beyond by cleaning the vehicle inside and out. Fast and professional service, friendly staff, and great work quality.

UPDATE 3/5/24:
Caliber Collision’s management team made this unfortunate incident right. The GM for the Milwaukee region personally called me and then the Oconomowoc Store Manager personally oversaw rectifying my situation. I couldn’t ask for better and I’m comfortable now taking my business to them, should I ever need it again.

I stopped by Caliber with a simple inquiry, because my 2014 Acura RDX’s fender had separated slightly. It will likely require a simple clip to marry up the two separated pieces. The woman at the reception desk was extremely rude and wouldn’t even have a technician even come assess my situation to even see if they could assist me. Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered in the business space. There is absolutely no way I’ll go to this business, should I need body repair. I’d highly recommend everyone take pause before doing the same.

Excellent level of customer service by keeping me well informed of the actual status of my truck. The repairs matched perfect and my truck was cleaned inside and out!

Went to Caliber to ask about a part for my vehicle. Manager Scott, stopped what he was working on, inspected my vehicle for the issue. He told me it was a 5 minute fix, and he had it fixed in 4 minutes! Top notch service! Made my day. Thank you Scott! Thank you Caliber Collision!

Helpful, nice, and communicative staff. They were very clear about prices and what was needing repair, they cleaned the car afterwords, and even helped me schedule a rental car while mine was being repaired. The repairs were done earlier than estimated.

I would give Caliber Collision 10 stars if I could! The staff (Heidi & the young man in the office area) are professional, courteous, understanding, and informative. They had our vehicle for about a week (thought it would take longer, but they got it done more quickly than they anticipated). Explained fully what they would do for our damaged car and worked with the insurance company for payment.
Imagine our surprise when we picked up the car and it looked brand new (INSIDE & OUT)! They hand washed the exterior and dried and polished it. And then cleaned and detailed the ENTIRE inside (front & back)! I hadn't had a chance to clean the interior floor mats from winter weather dirt, gravel & grime. So to have it look to incredibly clean was amazing!
What a great business this is and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any auto body work needed!

This business has the highest integrity. Collision repair had been done on my car and I noticed a rattle. They totally stood behind their work, repaired the rattle, and technician AJ did a fantastic job detailing my car to make up for the extra trip. Employees are also always friendly.

Easy time I have had getting a car repaired. Worked well with insurance, worked well with car rental, and worked well with me. Hopefully I don't need them again, but if I do then I will take my car to this place.

This is a follow up from the first review. Immediately after the vehicles were completed, Jeff the district manager followed up with me after my review. Caliber Collision had me bring my vehicle back for repair on issues that I was not satisfied with. I was given a free rental, a gift certificate for reimbursement on my battery that I had to replace, and most of all the workmanship completed on the vehicle was excellent. Thank you Jeff.

I HAD BEEN GIVEN MIXED REVIEWS ABOUT CALIBER, THIS SOECIFIC LOCATION WAS FANTASTIC! WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

After we had hail damage to our car we took it to caliper collision to get it repaired. We had a few bumps with them from bad customer service at first to they argued about a scratch in the side of my car that was not there when I dropped it off to they never quoted our insurance to repair the roof and didn’t repaired it at first. After we chatted with them we had a wonderful experience and they even removed a dent that was there prior to the hail damage. They went above and beyond to make things right! I will 100% use them again and recommend them! Thank you so much for making my car good as new!

The shop was in regular communication as to the status of the repair which is unusual for the industry. The work was done sooner than expected and promised. They worked smoothly with the car rental company and made the entire process easy.

The work was beautifully done. They sent texts to update (“no unexpected damage, estimated timeline on target”) arranged for rental. All I did was drop off my car and pick it up.

We received excellent communication, follow through and overall satisfaction during the repair from an expensive and complicated collision. Amanda Wurzer and Laurie Winzenried provided pro-active effort and overall extraordinary customer service to our great satisfaction. Thank you.

A deer refused to obey the "Deer Crossing" zones and ran in front of me. I had a choice of hitting the deer or having a Dodge Ram in my back seat. The deer lost and so did my front end!

In WI that's a no fault and no charge repair so it didn't cost ME the $2000 or so that the repair cost (other than the coat of actually having insurance!)
