Nathan , the store manager was more than awesome in tansfering my number to a refurbished second party phone. It took multiple attempts and patience to get it done. I can't say enough of him and his expertise in getting the job done.

We have been driving to this store from Milwaukee because they are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond every time we have been there. Nathan the store mgr is top notch. Recommend this location for the best customer service of any cell phone store we have been to! Well done Oconomowoc!

I was very impressed with the care and respect that we received yesterday. We worked with Adam who helped us set up 4 new lines. He walked us through each step while being patient and extremely informative! He spent a couple of hours with us, and seemed excited to be doing his job! He explained all of our options, and made the sometimes daunting process buying new phone very easy! I am so glad we visited this store!!! We all came home with phone that were ready to use!! Our family recently visited the US Cellular store in Oconomowoc. We had such great service from Dylan and Derrick. Both of them went above and beyond to help us get the phones and plan that was right for us! Never before have we gotten that kind of service with our cell phone provider. Both of them even stayed after hours (on a Saturday) to make sure every detail was taken care of! Thanks Dylan and Derrick for all your help! We appreciated it very much!

Signed up through store manager {Gino) He was professional and followed up with all my concerns. We were through AT&T and the experience we had at this location was 100% different from any other cell store I have been to. He was very patient, and informative about the two cellular devices we had activated. (Apple, and Android). I will highly recommend the Oconomowoc location for excellent customer service!

I have been a US Cellular customer for almost 20 years... with a 2 year break to try another carrier (worst mistake ever) and am glad to be back at USC. In all those years, I have never had a customer service team, especially Faith, take care of me so well. Faith has always gone above and beyond and in a time where good customer service is hard to find... don't go anywhere else!!!

We ordered a new Pixel 6 through US Cell and received it yesterday. We struggled with the sim card door once we finally got it open and got the sim card it, it would not work properly. Tried to get the sim card door open again and could not. Took it to a US Cell store and they could not help after a couple attempts to get the sim card out. Took it to the Oconomowoc store and between Jeremy Stone and Nathan Zambo, they managed to work the door open, pop out the sim card and get it re-installed correctly. Apparently it was just a little bit out of the track which was causing the phone to not send or receive calls and texts. Five Stars to these guys for helping me out knowing I wasn't even buying anything.

A rare find in today's retail. Everyone who walked in received a hello and I'll be right with you. I worked with Dylan who was professional, helpful and kind. My observation was the staff cared and simply treated people with respect.

Geno the store manager was awesome. He was really easy to work with and very knowledgeable.

Derek and the others are beyond helpful and know what they're doing, unlike the staff at a place I was at earlier in the day whose mistakes they had to fix besides.
