Kroger

This is one of my favorite grocery stores; I've been shopping there for years. But there are two people who have made my experience there EXCEPTIONALLY wonderful- Ms. Veda and Atienne, who is one of the Assistant Store Managers.

Ms. Veda is one of the most gregarious, kind, customer friendly person that you can meet! She never meets a stranger and she is very kind to everyone who comes through her line.

There have been many times where I have waited longer, behind people with very full shopping carts, just to go through her line just because she is so wonderful. She has been one of the reasons why I go so often and do not mind waiting. She is absolutely fantastic!

Atienne helped me through a horrible situation when a friend scheduled the wrong pickup day for some very essential items that were needed that day but scheduled for the next day's pick-up because I was waiting for my new bank card. She made sure that I was able to pick up the items despite the barriers and challenges that existed.

There is also a young lady who works the customer service desk, in not sure of her name but she's very friendly as well.

One thing that I do not like is that they have closed more of the registers in favor of self checkout, and that's the part of the process that I think makes the experience. This reduction of staff often results in higher wait time because there may only be one or two registers open, and I can tell that many people share my sentiments because they also wait in the line rather than doing self checkout.

The store is very clean and it's easy and logical to find what you need. The prices are good but you have to make sure that you download the app and get all the digital coupons! But don't wait until the day that deals end because they often run out of items on the last day because everyone thinks the same thing.

Idk why there are so many bad reviews for this Kroger. I have never had issues with customer service or pricing. I have been shopping here for 3 yrs. Waaayyyy prefer it over HEB because HEB is always packed, and I like to grocery shop somewhere that I don't have to say excuse me 100 times to get by people who most of the time just look at you like you are stupid. I have always and will always stick to good ole Kroger's!

I hardly fo to Kroger anymore because I go to HEB. I love HEB because produce is ALWAYS fresh, meat is fresh, unlike Kroger. My daughter and I saw a pack of meatballs that literally had MOLD ON THEM🤢. I haven't been back since then. They cam definitely do better for the community!

I just met the most wonderful customer service at Kroger, his bame is Freddie! He helped me out and pointed out my mistake without making me feel small. He even managed to help me with an order i placed ahead of time. He rocks. Kroger should give him a raise

I Love this place. They have Starbucks and a Sushi place inside along with a deli and bakery that offer hot foods. Great for a hungry adult looking to shop for groceries as well.

This store has nice employees who are willing to help.

Kroger is great grocery store when it comes to finding good deals. I notice I can find some of my favorite products for less here compared to other places. The store has a nice layout and everything is organized. This location is right next door to where I do my nails so I stop by to pick up a few things afterward. Get a Kroger card if you don’t already have one.

She's the ideal person that went above and beyond her job to help me. I'm very very very grateful. Wish there were more people like her.

Great selection, high quality meats and produce, good international section and a fair health-food/organic section (I don't buy that kind of stuff but they do have it). Staff is very friendly and always willing to help find stuff. Beware of the first of the month, and the first weekend of the month, they will be out of most produce.

They have racks of ribeyes on sale for an amazing price today ,about 1/3 of normal. Asked the butcher to debone and save them for me.... no charge... no problem. How cool is that? Thanks Eddie.

KROGER on Hwy 6 in Mo city. Good Store! Nice People! Just wish their their bottling water machines worked. I really think they need to add more water machines. Am always forced to go out of my way to HEB to refill my 5 gal water bottles. Argh!

Today I needed to get my son a vaccine and my insurance sent me to Krogers after having a horrible experience at another location. Who knew that the pharmacy did vaccines. It took all of 15 minutes. I then did a little shopping and forgot my change at the self checkout. A young lady named Datychia ran out the store and found me in the parking lot to bring me my $5 that I left in the self checkout machine. Thank you Krogers for having great employees and great services.

Been going to this location since I first moved to Fresno about five years ago. The staff is friendly, they all know me since I'm in there at least once or twice a week. They always have great closeout deals.

I'm am so impressed with this Kroger. We had no less than 5 workers ask us if we needed anything. The meat department did not have the griller I wanted and they made them.. took 10 minutes!

Clean and fully stocked. Found what I needed and then some! Had a fast checkout experience too!

I love the store, the employees and of course the sales. Kroger has the best meat and deli departments..the other merchandise in the store are money saving items... Kroger is a better store from the past this is definitely my store

This store has a nice layout. However if you are looking to get items from the weekly sales paper, you better get there before 3pm.

So my husband and I constantly stop here for gas only tho, Thomas and Bibin are exellent! great personality, and good work ethics!
