I live and work closer to atleast 3 other Gamestops but Mike and his team keep me choosing this one over the others.
If they don't have what I'm looking for they'll check and confirm with another store before sending me to them. Normally get calls about my pre-orders I've forgotten about so that's very helpful.
Will 100% chose to go to this Gamestop before the big box store across the shopping center.

Since I stopped regularly gaming, I haven't been going to gamestop as much as I used to. On a recent shopping excursion. I decided to go in here. They have tons of merchandise, fewer games. I'm a merch type of person so I ended up picking up some Pokemon plushies while i was there. This location used to be my go to GameStop and I've taken part in some midnight release parties here which were fun. Perhaps nostalgia clouds my vision these days but I miss the day where games were all inclusive to the discs and cartridges and you weren't having to pay for additional game content. *just realized that was an ageist comment* Um, I'll just turn around now and leave.😅

As someone who buys far too many games, I usually don't hit up GameStop but when I do, I feel like the people working there are really friendly (far better than ~10 years ago!) and they usually have the game I'm looking for. I enjoy the shirt conversations between acid gamers with no pressure, like it used to be. I don't pre-order and they don't nag me or try to hammer me with yodeling anymore. So much better!!!

Mike is so amazing! He is always helpful and knowledgeable and he was great with my excited 12 year old. Thank you all so much

Last week i go to sell some games and they said me no because i have 14 years old i think that is a good thing, Im going tomorrow with my dad i think now i can cell my games

They have beyond excellent customer service at this location! Justus and Megan were both super knowledgeable and extremely helpful! They made my visit very pleasant and the transaction went smooth and quick. I highly recommend this GameStop.

Great customer service experience... But, Please call ahead to store to see if they have your game gift cards.
They had basic cards for consoles, but none for PC games.

By far the best GameStops around... There's 5 other GameStops that are way closer to my house, but I'd rather drive past the others of the same retail chain(1 is actually less than 2 miles from my house), & come to this store because the sales associates do a great job. Thank you for treating us customers the way we should be treated, & keep up the good work, you're truly appreciated!

Good experience. The clerks were very friendly and helpful. I was trading old systems for newer used systems. I feel I got a good deal.

The employees were nice and it was pretty empty since i went on a weekday.

I always can find the games I'm looking for, and if I need help they have no problem helping me find what I need especially when my fiancee has mostly over 100 games ,what else to get .

Came in looking for sims 3 for switch and ask questions for Xbox one the older guy was awesome and patient with me and sold me both I’ll be back for more stuff thanks dude!
