We went in for help with transferring data to a new Switch. Gordon was amazing. He went far beyond good service. Gordon spent over an hour working through the complicated process, all with such a positive attitude. We have had a positive experience in this store before and this was exceptional.

Really dig the staff at this location, very friendly and helpful. Same as all other Game Stop stores in the nation, just a really great team of gamers here. It’s the only reason I still shop here. Keep up the good work!

One of the last of it's kind from a bygone era...don't let these places go the way of the movie store! New and used video games, toys, collectables and people who care about the stuff they sell working there. I hope they survive for decades to come!

Every time I come here, the staff is super helpful. They have advice for every game and type of play style. Even when they encounter the biggest PITA people, they maintain positive attitudes.

Now I've been to a lot of gamestops, but this is by far the best one I've gone to. Outstanding customer service, friendly staff, and always has good quality used games and new consoles. I have never had a single problem with this location, and hope it stays that way. I just wish it was bigger like the store on mulberry. Keep up the good work.

This store is farthest from our home, but we've had to go there to get specific games or deals a few times. The staff here is always cheery and helpful. They work quickly to help sometimes many customers get thru as swift as possible.

One of my favorite used game stores. They keep the stock updated so you won't find the old stuff there, but it's always worth checking out 😊 polite and helpful staff make it welcoming to browse.

Cole and Chris are outstanding. They are knowledgeable and great to talk to about any game or upcoming events. Plus, they will always try to get you the best deal. Needed some ideas for my gf anniversary and Cole went above and beyond to make my life easier.

You need to order online or though the GameStop app to get things at the store as of 5/6/2020 and then call the number on the door. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you call the store they can let you know if there have what you're looking for.

The staff was great came in at 8:45 or was it 9:45 either way they let us shop got what I wanted and left even after hours they're pretty cool about it

Returned a game and received a damaged one in return. Instead of trying to sell me my game back at cost, they refunded me and gave my game back. Thank you for doing the right thing,!!
