EVERY time my wife and I enter this business, we are met with a chorus of greetings from the staff. As newcomers to Fort Collins this always makes us feel like part of a community.
That’s just the start of how this highly efficient business is being run. Most days there is a line out the door, but customers are served in a very timely fashion. The staff never seems rushed or frustrated. They are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The manager is an example of team leadership. College business courses could be based on how this incredible lady has trained this crack staff.
UPS stores nationwide should send trainees to study this premier example of what every UPS store should be.
If you need any of the services they offer, stop looking, and get going to this location.

A busy ups but very efficient and we were helped with multiple packages right away and with a smile. Lots of free and easy parking.

Susan at the harmony and lemay store was so helpful with my Amazon return. I’m not a pro and she was great and super friendly. Had a terrible experience at lemay and drake store. I will go out of my way to come to this location every time now. Thanks Susan.

This UPS Store is the epitome of great customer service. Every time I walk into the store there are plenty of employees hard at work but still quick to greet and wait on me. Every employee in the store is friendly and eager to help with whatever you may need, including carrying packages to or from your car if you let them. Every visit to this store has left me happy and smiling—and wishing every store was even half as good as this one. Bravo to whomever hires and trains staff at this store for doing such an amazing job. Thank you for always making my day!

I have always had a great experience at this location and I go there almost weekly to drop off shipments. It's efficient and friendly, just the way I like it!

Should probably know every person by name by now with amount of Amazon returns that go through there ;) Lovely friendly staff and very good with dogs, don’t be afraid to walk with one, they treat you very well :?

Susan and her staff at the store were great and very patient with us! We had a challenging Amazon return with multiple packages and they tried to help us solve the problem. Susan even helped carry some boxes to the car for us.

Whether shipping packages or making Amazon returns, I've always had positive experiences at this UPS Store location. Friendly, efficient staff as well as plenty of parking and easy access.

I just want to thank Betty A for all her help and patience while doing several Amazon returns. I got frustrated and she was incredibly helpful and helping me to get everything printed and returned. Betty A deserves a RAISE!!!

I came in today and couldn't be happier with the people that work there. I'm disabled and use a cane, Susan was the lady helping us and was so pleasant and thoughtful she offered to get me a chair as we were doing notary services. I was amazed at empathy shown by all the employees. There was a constant stream of people coming in and out. I very impressed as nobody waited in line more than. 30 seconds. Anyway this will be the only place I use for my packages and notary services. Thanks to Susan and staff. You all were a pleasant to be around.

I have always received excellent customer service from this UPS Store. I wish to give a "shout out" to employee Mason. He is courteous, helpful and engages you in a conversation! Wow a rarity these days.

The ladies that help me ship my clock were awesome. The price was a little expensive but it was worth every penny they got my grandfather's clock from Colorado to Oregon in great condition. I was a little afraid when my wife told me the UPS guy dropped it on our front step, but the packaging job that they did protected it through and through. Thank you

I have had mail delivery to this UPS location for 5 years. During that time the staff have been friendly, helpful, and accommodating when dealing with unusual circumstances, whether related to package delivery or notarizing of many different documents.

Susan and the team are the best in town. Don't go anywhere else for your notary services, you'll just be wasting your time. Thank you for your services!

I went in with my prepaid label to send back a return package. The service and people are great. These are real people that work here.
P.S. To all the winers complaining about the parking lot, the not being able to give me my USPS tracking at UPS (Not the same place people) or the staff is rude when I complain that my Tesla is running outside and I’m in a rush to get my little darlings to elocution classes. These are real people here, working hard and don’t need selfish, uptight entitled a holes making it more difficult to have to deal with you.
Just my opinion.

Most kind caring staff ever. Exemplary customer service every time! Whoever the managers are, they definitely get an A+++ in selecting talent to join their team. Store is always very clean and well stocked. The 1 and only improvement I’d suggest: I do wish they had a day in the week where they opened at 7 or 7:30 for those of us who work 8-5 often 8-7. Otherwise love this location!!!!!!

This location has the FRIENDLIEST people ever! After having to deal with the completely rude staff in the Estes Park store for almost 2 years, we now live in Fort Collins and enjoy dealing with the Harmony UPS store.. Krista, the manager, is fabulous - always helpful, very knowledgeable and apparently knows how to hire and train good people. The entire staff is hard working and always with a smile on their face.
