Clean, well stocked, organized, with everything clearly marked. Very competitive prices. Handy restrooms. Great staff and lost of free parking. Also has Amazon drop off center. Very nice store.

Wow what a terrific experience🤩. The gal that rang us up was so very pleasant. Then to find out everything I bought was even less than I calculated. Got such great deals I’m sad 😞 some items didn’t fit & have to return. Finally I understand why every female in my family (way too many lol) loves Kohl’s. 😊💕

The lady who helped me at Sephora went above and beyond. It was a great experience. However, I did find the lines a bit long at the Kohl's checkout, and I was travelling and wanted the line to go quicker.

I have shopped occasionally at the Fort Collins store for ten years. Things had changed at my recent visit. Two times sales associates doing restocking asked me if I needed help. That had never happened before. Clothes on the close out rack were all on hangars with the correct size. Again that had never happened before. The changing room was neat in contrast to clothes lying all over the place as occurred previously. The check-out clerk was knowledgeable and friendly, which I had experienced previously. Thank you, Kohl's, for your upgraded service!

At the Fort Collins Kohls Louise in the women’s department was extremely helpful searching out my correct size. She was very patient and led me to several good options.

Shopping at Kohl's Fort Collins has been my utmost favorite experience. Staff at the outlet are courteous and very helpful. Items are also well organized in designated areas making it easy for shoppers to navigate and find whatever they are looking for and more. Discount sales at Kohl's are real and very attractive. You also get notifications of sales, and rewards available for use. I was exceptionally thrilled at how much I got in coupons that equal actual amount. I was also wowed that the store sent me reminders to apply the coupons to my shopping before their validity expires. Returns at Kohl's is also hassle free. Kohl's gets my five star any day

The store is extremely tidy, always fully stocked, and very efficient. The service is impeccable. The sales associate, Ruth, was extremely kind and helped me find the best deals for the highest quality bedding materials. She helped me save 300 dollars by showing me how to get the best deals and price matching with Kohls online deals.. Most Kohls stores I have been to have been pretty disappointing, but this Kohls is great and I would highly recommend.

I've been trying to submit a compliment to the Store Manager on an associate in Sephora, but never got a response. Sephora is the only reason I shop here, as I've always recieved great service there.

Kohl's is always great. I use their online ordering service for the first time and it was a nightmare. Over more than one thing too don't ever use it. And when you call for customer service you're talking to people who don't speak good English and they're hard to understand and all they ever say when you ask about an item you didn't receive is oh they're out of it.

Found a great price on men's dress shirts & pants. And my guys are all Big & Tall sizes, so I gave 5 stars. I can always find something for me too. Cashiers and Customer services were helpful and polite. No attitude found here.
