I came in at 4:30 on a Thursday without an appointment to look at kitchen cabinet options. A kitchen specialist was available right away to meet with me. I knew in general, what I was looking for. She helped me narrow it down quickly, and could’ve given me price with various cabinet styles within another 15 minutes, but I was in a hurry. She promised to send me an email within a day or two with a price for all the options I asked for. Excellent service from a person who obviously loves her job.

Love my local Lowe's, like family around here, they are always interested in your latest project and happy to help.

Professional and polite staff, better prices than other similar stores, and veterans are appreciated here. Ask about their 10% veteran discount or check out the veteran's preferential parking.

I am a Vietnam Vet and really appreciate then support Lowe’s gives us. The other big lumber/hardware store pretends to support Vets but they make it much harder to get the discount. Besides that I get great support as a customer when I am in the store.

Everyone I encountered today was so nice. The guy in the garden section is always nice and showed my toddler the owl that was hanging out there last week. Then today my car died and Kye helped me to get my car jumped in the parking lot. And the lady at self checkout endured my child's nonstop talking while we waited for kye to help jump my car lol. Also much less crowded than HD

Excellent experience. The staff were helpful and directed me to the correct aisle. They assisted me with all of my needs. I highly recommend this store.

Heaven (compared to you know who). Calm relaxing good vibe. The people that work there don’t seem overwhelmed and seem to rather enjoy helping. Must be they are treated better. A bit far for me so I dont usually go there unless I can’t find it at (you know where). Love its seasonal dept. Fun to explore. Oddly.

Lowe's is a chill place compared to the other big box stores in town. There aren't lots of folks around to help half the time I'm there but it's much easier to navigate than the other place. I wish there were another Lowe's in Fort Collins, something on the southwest part of town.

Eric was very helpful and patient with my indecisive self. Also I don't remember her name but the lady at the customer service desk was wonderful for explaining the process that she was going to do in order to get the exchange done fast and properly. Thank you and I highly recommend the Ft. Collins Lowe's!

Went in for a new toilet & was helped immediately by an employee. Very friendly & helpful. Also checked out some new tile to update the backsplash in our kitchen.

9.13.23- Went to Lowes today because of an issue w/ my cordless tools recharger. Savanna in customer service and Benjamin in 'inside garden' were outstanding. Twice this week I have had what seemed liked arm wrestling contests to resolve customer service issues I was having, so this friendly & competent service was a welcome relief. The bottom line...thier service alone will bring me back to Lowes instead of going to Home Depot. Many thanks to them both

I loved the fact that this store went way out their way to find handicapped accessible devices for their patrons. I could not believe this handicap accessible cart they had waiting inside the store. I've seen the 'Mart Carts' that you drive around but mostly see over weight people driving the things. This was a oversized child's seat for a shopping cart but built into the back of the cart so that an attendant could easily push the disabled person around while having a safe seat for the handicapped person. Amazing!

Most of the staff is usually very friendly and knowledgeable, but there are a few grumpy people who don't even give you the time of day.

Was picking up 12 15" square patio blocks and 3 bags of soil. Kerri was very gracious in helping us get checked out and all the items loaded into the back of my pickup.

I needed a carpet cleaner and have not rented one in many years (normally have it done professionally but needed something to get me through till the next round) so I decided to try Lowe's Big Green carpet cleaner by Bissell. The entire process was super easy and fast, staff was friendly and helpful, and the job the cleaner did was amazing! It was easy to use, did a great job, and easy to clean at the end. Super reasonably priced too ($29.99 for the day) which means I may skip the professionals next time and just rent this again. Thanks Fort Collins Lowe's!

Working on a home project. Needed to ask a lot of questions. Very easy to find knowledgeable help. Found in stock wallpaper and everything else we needed. Every employee asked us if we needed help. Very friendly. Even got info from a contractor doing his own shopping.

I got a chargriller from this location and the team where so great, professional helpful and so guidful towards what you need. I give them five star

Had to travel from the Loveland location to put something on hold they didn’t have. Picked what I needed up with ease. There was quite a line at the checkout lanes and self checkout, but an associate opened up a lane very quickly, to get the line down and I was out super quick! They were very friendly, and the store is very clean!

Stopped in at tail end of a 2,000 road trip to get a few items for a home project. Staff was great and several asked if I needed help.
