It's a decent place. They have a good range of items and it certainly is pretty busy a lot of the time but the staff balances well.

They have their work cut out for them it seems.

From what I see, it takes a lot of planning and work to accomplish some of the work loads of shifting product, maintaining store appearance, functionality, customer care control, as well as an encyclopedic understanding of procedures and regulations.

The guy with the glasses and NY hat is a champ. The black haired girl is pretty nice. Alex, the man, can be a hoot. He's generally good guy but don't let him know that.

Clerk Jaydon was by himself with a line of at least 20 deep, he was excellent at handling the line quickly and efficiently Good job Jaden you get 5 Stars.

Every time I visited there’s a fun Gay guy working the register name Dee. He’s always friendly to me & full of life. Recently I came in and wasn’t feeling like myself and without his knowledge because of his bright personality he made my day. Thank you so much for being you! - Amy

I visited the Maitland Summit 7-11 on June 8, 2013 at 0032AM EDT to buy two energy drinks. While I was there I believe someone went in my car and stole my cell phone. When the manager, Leslie, came in, she was very helpful and even allowed me to call the Maitland Police. Her pleasant disposition and professionalism helped calm me down in this unfortunate situation. I really appreaciate her assistance!

The ppl are always friendly and quick. Good selection of food and the sandwiches and wraps always fresh. They have fresh fruit salads Colin

Gabriel is an excellent worker and I have been to other 7 eleven locations but it is the first place that I see customer service and it is very fast in serving customers. They should take it into account for a better position since they deserve it
