New Management is incredible, out with the old in with the new. This team is the best. So friendly so helpful no matter how lost the customer is. Every UPS store should be ran like this. You walk in they acknowledge you and they hustle to get you out the door. Bravo!

I was NOT going to drive away until leaving this review. It’s holiday time and the shipping stores are hectic and crazed! I’d been to two other competitor parcel companies only to be met with outrageous pricing to ship my gifts. I stepped in this Winter Park UPS store and Neo was prompt in greeting and asking how he may help me. When I say he efficiently assessed, packaged and had my product ready to ship with quick ease! I was honestly impressed as was the customer near me who said she wished she availed herself to their packaging services to relieve her stress and hassle!

I have used UPS in general many times, but because of working at a nearby theme park for a couple of years, I ended up using this store in particular because it was close to where I was staying. Without fail every employee I encountered was pleasant, professional, and efficient. Every item I mailed, whether it was a letter to be tracked, or a package that needed to be somewhere within two or three days, service and final delivery were perfect every time. I also needed them for notary public. I had to bring in one person as a witness, UPS supplied the other witness, as well as the notary public. Quick and easy. Good people.

Shouts out to the Most High and the young lady who assisted me with my concerns today on 04/18/23. I shipped an Amazon package back a couple of weeks ago and Amazon reported it not sent; my proof of receipt was mistakenly pitched too. I would've been stuck paying $100 for an item I no longer had in my possession if it wasn't for her help!!!! She was a god send and great sleuth. Thanks again for your hard work! She even gave me proof that my package was delivered as well.

They are so friendly & nice here. I dropped off a large boxed Amazon return, and it took me a while fumbling through my cell phone to pull up the QR code for them to scan. The lady employee was very patient and answered all my questions. // Also, this is a GREAT location: centrally located in the former "K-mart Plaza" (corner of Lee Road & 17-92) with plenty of parking, easy access.

The service was excellent, definitely recommend using this store for your mail retrieval purposes!

KAL is always there along with a very competent and experienced. staff to meet my every need and over the years I have asked them to do a lot for me and my company. I always look forward to doing business with the UPS Store. I am always greeted warmly and there is never a lack of smiles, laughter and joking around in that store. We’ve been customers for 17 years and are always satisfied with great customer service. It’s a great safe alternative to using our home address.

Due to the nature of my business I am shipping material with them at least one to two times a week. Sapna & Cal are extremely helpful and provide excellent customer service. There are not enough positive things to say about the store, employees and management.

Cal and his wife are true professionals -- also friendly and caring. They always call me by name when I go in and always want to make sure I get the best price. Compared to another UPS store nearer to me, they are the greatest!!!!!!!

Easy location for parking to run in and out. The owners personally greet their customers - remembering their names! Highly recommend.
