The store is conveniently located and has everything that I need, their products are quality and when I did run into an issue with a bad vape juice I brought the issue to their attention. When I went into the store their policy didn't allow for exchanges which is understandable but was very upsetting for a single mom on a budget. After a few correspondences were exchanged the owner Soultana called me. He was very polite over the phone and apologized. He said he was able to verify my purchase and wanted to make it right. I greatly appreciate the effort that they went through to take care of me because as a single mom every dollar counts and it is very important to feel valued as a consumer. Thank you to the team of Black Moon Smoke Shop for resolving this issue.

Steph has been helping me everyday since I got first came here, great energy gives great advice really knows his stuff when it comes to the shop. Great person to have conversation with and an overall great worker!

This place is the best. I’ve been by a handful on times and Steph is never too busy to help. There is never a rush when you walk-in to Black Moon. The environment is hommie, friendly, high vibe and always so Humble. Thank you Steph for giving me excellent service every time I come in.

Great experience all around. Only smoke shop carrying delta 9 THC in Maitland and Orlando area!!! Cheapest prices and largest selection Ive seen so far! Its a family owned business, and every single one of them makes you feel welcomed and part of their family.
Also, they are always open when I stop by. 7AM to 1AM EVERYDAY IS UNBEATABLE!!!

I love that they are open late, 2AM, later than most of their competition in the Altamonte Springs/Maitland/Apopka area. The guy working the FIRST time I went was more than willing to give us great deals- got better the more we bought.
I have been to Black Moon countless times since then, and have made many purchases. This includes awesome water pipes, torches, lighters, slides, vape juice, tanks, coils, and more. I love that they have just about every flavor, brand, and mg of nicotine in their vape juice selection. It's one of the only stores that sells the exact juices that I regularly use.
The staff are all very friendly and professional. They will provide you with excellent customer service and are all very knowledgeable about the inventory that they sell. Although they did away with the rewards program as many of the vape shops have been forced to do, you can still get a deal here. The more you go, the more you buy, the better the deals the staff may offer.
While the store is small, don't be fooled by it's size. They do have a great inventory and it's one of my go-to's for my vaping and smoking needs.
Overall, I definitely recommend stopping by!

If your looking for delta 8, delta 10, thc zero, or any thc products available on the market this is your shop!

My experience at Black Moon has never been less than stellar! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful, not to mention super knowledgeable with the best recommendations. And to top it all off, their hours can't be beaten. I don't know any other store in the area that opens as early as they do (7AM). 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Let me just say this place looks really nice, really good setup and stock , good music popping definitely a vibe and Zara was awesome and very knowledgeable and professional and follow to show me a new set of cones and OMFG 🤯 best thing ever!!!!
