I love from this store that they have such variety of plants was looking for lamps though

This was the first time I’ve rented a box truck from Home Depot. The platform they use is a Ford Transit. Very nice interior and amenities for a moving truck like a touchscreen with CarPlay, backup cam, and hands-free options. The floors and rear were a bit dirty. Not a big deal for me, but if you’re moving nicer home goods you’ll want to clean it yourself.
The customer service offered on pickup and drop off was great. I recommend showing up 10 minutes early on pickup or drop off, as tool rental services can get backed up quickly. Thanks

The male staff member at the Diplomat Circle Home Depot location, which is right off of I4, was very courteous and very helpful. He worked in a different department from the materials I needed, but he walked with me to a few different aisles until we found everything I was looking to purchase. He used his phone app to help us locate items. Additionally, even though he was not familiar with a tile adhesive I needed, he found another staff member who worked in that specific department to help us confirm the item and location. I was in a rush and almost bought a more expensive brand of tile adhesive when I was really wanting to buy the lower cost brand, so the staff member noticed and helped me get the correct brand. He also helped me load everything into my SUV as I recently had surgery and not supposed to lift heavy items as yet. I mentioned that because at all other Home Depots I visited, they would tell me to wait at the front and a different staff member would help me load my purchases into the car and of course that wait would last over 5 more minutes. We shop at Home Depot often as we do Renovations and Cleaning services. We are usually in a hurry to get to work/get back to work, therefore it was very helpful of this young man (I wish I could remember his name & I am sorry about that because he should be acknowledged by his superiors) to provide me with great customer service.

They make it super easy to shop in the store with there app for locations of products you are looking for or order online and get it delivered and they are fast with the delivery. Use the application to finde what products you need including specifications of the products. It took me 10 minutes the other night to pick up 3 items the application told me where the parts I needed were b4 I even walked in the store in and out . Thanks home depot.

All that I can say is just check it out for yourself and the people are kind and respectful to everyone and you will see it for yourself as well and yes they do have wheelchair parking lot there also and please just go and see it for yourself please

This Home depot store is always clean and well organized. The employees are always willing to help when they can. They have a childrens workshop the first Saturday of every month, which my kids live and enjoy doing. Unfortunately this month, they didnt do it because of the virus going around, however they are still passing out kits.

I had a problem with a paint sprayer that I had purchased with an extended warranty.
Mariah and her colleague Matt went above and beyond to take care of my issue. They rectified the situation quickly and was a win for all. Both Mariah and Matt are a credit to Home Depot and the business community for their commitment to customer service.

Love this Home Depot. Always a good experience! Friendly customer service! Makes the garden look just as good as all the growing goodies are gonna taste! Window shopping at Home Depot is better than window shopping for a new pair of shoes!

December 9th 2023:
Number 1 - he should be recognized across the entire Home Depot- but i am not able to reach any Home Depot Headquarters in US - when i call them, they keep transferrring to the same people , outside of this country i cannot make them understand..
Anyhow i ment to say it is Bill -who does a fantastic job- he is a great Asset... he can do all the things- he was highly helpful ...i cannot say more words- than this like a brother Mr.. Bill who has all the skills as well as ability to manage things.
2. Cashier or helping automated cash line - Yanan - she was nice and helpful..my family appreciates her.
3. Rome voluntarily came out and helped to put the things in the car- Amazing good positive attitude- i tried my best to Call Atlanta , GA - the lady in Headquarters does not wanted to help i guess- so it was really tough for me to reach the Management to know how great all these people on December 9th at this store...

They always seem to have what I need, I'll continue shopping there like I have been for the past 17 years... Yes this is my TOY STORE. (Lighting technician for Michael's lighting and electric) Doctor Mark.

The Casselberry, Florida Home Depot is great.
Employees like Nikki who helped me with appliance purchases, and Fred and Jerry and other employees were great.

Today was a good day at Home Depo off Lee Road. Clean and organized. I quickly found 3 beautiful plants and encounter a sweet cashier. She was helpful and checked me out quickly!

We love H.D. There prices are reasonable. Lower to higher. You choose.. They have everything from outdoor furniture, plants, pavers, wood, tools, & much, much, much more!! We made a small patio & a few walkways.

Anna and Roy was such great help to me. I was looking for a certain screw Roy got me some help from Anna and she helped me search for that screw until we found it. Thanks Home Depot your team is nice and patient.

Love this location off of Lee Road! The staff is always very attentive, professional and helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked. This store has the BEST selection and variety of anything needed to keep your yard and outdoor space beautiful. Another great location and close runner up... The Home Depot store off of West Colonial/Hiawassee. Again, very pleased with the service, prices and selections.
HD is blowing the competition out the water!!

Just found a smaller version of my favorite door mat/rug. I love it! It's from recycled material and I really don't think you can stain it. And it's low profile, so no tripping or slipping

I love my Home Depot. Less than 2 miles from my home.
