My son and I have visited the Sam Ash store on Lee Rd. in Central Florida a few times. Each time was a great experience. The first time we were in the store my son was looking for a professional tenor trombone. He was very specific on what he wanted. The manager who helped us went out of his way to help us find a trombone. So much so that we returned a year later to find another tenor trombone my son wanted to purchase. Again, great service and a fantastic deal. Highly recommend Sam Ash on Lee Rd.

Best music store experience in central Florida. Knowledgeable and helpful sales associates and great selection and variety of gear. They stand behind the products they sell and help when something is less than ideal. They want you to be happy with your purchase. So much better than online shopping! We'll be back!

Renee not only juggled myself and other customers simultaneously, he also met my needs, answered all my questions, and made recommendations and offered information about manufacturers’ histories. He gave me top dollar for my trade-in equipment, stayed after the store closed to finish my purchase, and even talked shop as I was leaving.
I will definitely be visiting him again for any of my equipment needs!

Bought a guitar for our grandson and was very pleased with the help we received. Gray did a great job explaining our options and getting our guitar tuned and ready to take home. We were happy with our experience at Sam Ash.

Had a great 3 hours in the shop with my son he played Cillo and piano. I had such great help from Frank who did a great job on my guitar!! And Wally, Tyler and Josh are all so talented on the guitar and knowledgeable. Even saw Berry!!!
