The UPS Store

I’m always greeted when I enter the store. She has extra customer service experience. She has her customer in and out in no time in the line just keeps moving to satisfaction good service.

Every time I go into the UPS store in Searcy, AR they are always very friendly and helpful. They are very efficient and quick and make it helpful for me having to mail documents or whatever I am needing done.

This isn't my usual drop off spot for Amazon returns, but I was in Searcy already that day. The girl was super nice and quick. I walked in and out in less than a minute.

Service was attended to in a professional yet relaxed atmosphere.

I have had great service every time I have been there. It was around Christmas which is a very busy time. I returned two Amazon purchases at different times. The wait was not very long for it being during the holidays. The staff was very kind and personable. My transaction probably took about 10 to 15 minutes. I am very pleased with this store and would recommend it to anyone.

This store is great! The employees are awesome. My packages are always nice and secure... if you shake the box, the contents stay PUT! Now that’s what I call great service.

Excellent! Cami is the best. They take care of all of my shipping needs. Why do it yourself when you can get a professional do it for the same price?

Every time I visit they are beyond helpful. Once I even missed the drop off time to get one day shipping and a member of the staff drove to meet the truck in order to get it delivered the next day.
