I bought two vapes from this shop and unfortunately they were defective. My fault for not checking before I left the store. When I came back the next day and explained what happened the staff was very understanding and accomadating. They hooked me up with an exchange and I was able to get two more without having to pay again. 10/10 will be back again!

Solid products and selection but I’m leaving 3 stars because each time I go I get a different answer on what Kratom purchases qualify for rewards, OPMS specifically. Last 3 times I got stamps for OPMS purchases than when I got to a discount stamp I was told by the guy working they don’t do stamps and discounts for OPMS kratom. Not a big deal but the inconsistency is annoying. Pick a policy and make sure everyone is aware of it!

I love this place. It's been a staple ever since I moved to Nashville. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The pricing isn't crazy and there is a ton of variety. They also have loyalty cards that build up to discounts. When I'm looking for something this is always my first stop.
