This place is always stocked up. Usually very busy, but if you do the app checkout, the process will be much faster.

This review is for the bakery. We traveled to Tennessee for a destination ceremony and decided on the fly to include a cake after the ceremony (the reception is scheduled at a later date back home). We went and just asked if the bakery would make a plain white cake and they were SO accommodating and did it right then and there! I have dealt with other Sam's club bakeries and have not met a nicer staff. Thank you very much for helping us out!

Professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, and sacrifice. These are the characteristics that come to mind when I think of the guys in the tire center on 5/4/23. I had a tire blowout and was towed to the center. The center was closed and the team was wrapping up their last client of the day when the tow truck pulled up. I jumped out of the truck and explained my situation and was immediately treated with compassion that is rarely witnessed in this day and time. A search for a compatible set of tires was underway and a set that we believed would fit was agreed on. The team moved forward, but as the true professionals they are, provided their professional opinion to discourage using the set we found. By some miracle the correct was discovered in an unlikely place which proves their unwavering drive to make the correct suggestion to their customer (and save some money) all the while after closing time. At the end of it all, they installed the new tires and got me on my way. I felt as though I had not only purchased some new tires to turn my road side stranded situation around, but I also acquired some new friends.

My hat is tipped to the team and Sam's Club. They ARE what makes a business and keeps people returning. No amount of corporate investment in advertising can overshadow the people who work for them, and this is a perfect example.

Great prices and excellent customer service

I've been coming to this Sam's club for 30 years now. I think it's great. You kind of need to time your visit since the early birds tend to get there at 9am and the lines are pretty outrageous at 10am. We always go to self checkout, but I hear that now you can scan and go on your phone with the Sam's app and skip all that too. Easily the best gas prices in town too.

Sam's Club is a great place to shop for bulk items. The brand selection isn't as extensive as many grocery stores, but the pricing is usually better. The Member's Mark brand is also worth considering -- we find the quality on most products to be comparable. Also, get the Sam's app. Scan & Go is invaluable when you can skip the (sometimes long) checkout lines! The Antioch store is our main location to shop.

At Sam's, you get good food products and household essentials at a reasonable price. Having the Sam's Club app, is a plus. Scan and Go is the best thing since slice cheese. Other retailers should do as Sam's do.

If you have a 1-2 person household, you are limited on how much you can buy because who needs all the overstock at their home. Unless it's bathroom toilet paper🧻🚻

Once we started using the self checkout app it is wonderful! No waiting in line to checkout. This is one of the most time saving & useful apps.

Love this place. End up getting more then what I went in for, but it always has kind and helpful employees. Prices are wonderful. And the Christmas Decorations is the #1 reason I come more during the holidays lol and the rest of the time to food court is just amazing!!! My girls and I literally usebthe food court as a mommy daughters date lol

I prefer to order and pick up curbside through the app. Orders usually ready the same day & you just pull into a spot, put your number in the app and they have it out within 5-10 minutes.

But I really love that as you shop in store, you can scan your items and pay (with a credit/debit card) through the app without waiting in line. Definitely convenient and I wish more stores would do this.

I don't like that even with the Plus membership they will not ship perishable items. It's the biggest reason I upgraded so I could just have everything delivered.

I was inclined to make this post because my family has been pleased with a certain butcher at this location. Erik (I believe is his name) is the only person who has made Sam’s a comfortable and safe space to order meat from. My family brags about this individual’s kindness. Thank you for bringing a bilingual person to your team. This helps our community in many ways. Erik is a delight and deserves all the rave, thank you Erik, Our family will continue to support Sam’s because of this one individual.

The service was good the customers was wonderful the staff was great.

I have never had a problem here and hey always have what I need. The Sams App makes it easy for me to scan and go without getting in line. I highly recommend it when they are busy! My only issue is in regards to the store location. When it’s a lot of traffic I always manage, but it can be difficult to get out sometimes.

It was ok. I had to go back and get some of my online order.
I got a credit card approval but I didn't get the promotion they are advertising, then the SM tells me it will come off bill, but the app told me to go inside the club to get it. So idk what they are doing

Great, like it usually is. I wish they had better quality control on the meat. I picked up a pack of bottom round steak and it looked good when I picked it up, the expiration date was 8 days out. So, I thought I was getting an excellent deal for about $9.00. When I got home and took the steaks out of the package there was large brown areas that were on the underneath sides where the steaks were pressed together. Like it was slightly past its best buy date when it wasn't. It also had a slight smell. We still ate it, but I shouldn't be paying the price of fresh meat when it is an expired item. Everything else was good.

I think around 3 years ago I bought a membermark Squeeze. and since then I have not seen them again. That product is wonderful, they should sell it again.
