I needed a very specific item 25 minutes before close and they were so gracious and awesome, and helped me find it immediately! Everything was sorted well, and people were knowledgeable and friendly.

When we’re on this side of town and need more crafts and supplies for our jewelry business, michaels is the best place to go! Everything was well organized and we had no problem finding what we needed. Wiring, earring hooks, chains for our necklaces and anklets. Even paint aisles! We even saved money using our rewards. The rewards program is awesome! Customer service was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back, thanks Michaels!

Even getting my online order wrong, not having everything that the website said it had. It was still a nice experience.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Michaels! Love the rewards program and that they keep up with what’s popular. Couldn’t believe they had rug tufting gear there when I went in today. Just another thing I will have to try 🤪

Depends what you’re looking for, as stocking can be a bit iffy (I’ve had good luck finding yarn and crochet/knitting tools, not great luck with beading/jewelry materials) but the customer service is always wonderful!! They recently added self checkout machines and there’s basically never a wait anymore- definitely recommend stopping by!

I needed face paint. I found it and was amazingly surprised it was cheaper than I thought.

Excellent selection of Christmas decor and I was surprised to see that they upgraded to include a self-checkout line in addition to the cashiers. There was a long line, but it kept moving and I was impressed with how quickly I got out of there.

Great customer service and always helpful

This store used to always be busy and the prices were very reasonable. My visit today was a very different than previous visits. Maybe 2 other customers, 1 employee l, shelves partially stocked, the shelves that had merchandise were sparse and over priced. It your looking for some quite time to look at arts and crafts, then this location is the place to visit.

Clean store- inside and out.

I just needed & bought some watercolor paper for an upcoming class. (Used a 20% off coupon). With only two people ahead of me in line, I was in and out within 15 minutes ***my favorite way to shop.

The main register scanner didn't work but the woman was very helpful and had to manually punch in the numbers. I felt very bad as there were self check out stations but she insisted on helping. There is a lot more variety at this michaels than at other michaels I've been to.

My happy place! Micheals has everything I like from paints to baking supplies! The staff are great and the store even has a button for service which is very helpful when you need to find something specific. I have had many great experiences with the crafting store. It is always so well kept and their clearance section is a blast! Thank you Michaels!
