I had an issue that went on for six months with corporate providing zero resolution, and I had no where else to turn. Norman stepped up -went above and beyond- providing me incredible customer service to help resolve the conflict. I highly recommend this store if you're wanting to sign-up with Verizon.

I went into Verizon in a panic today because of Comcast’s horrible customer service and was in desperate need of phone and internet asap for my business and Marcus had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. He was incredibly helpful and told me how to set up everything once I got back to my salon. I left with everything I needed and am paying less than I was with Comcast. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Marcus!

Had the best experience here. My SIM card had gone bad and I avoided getting it repaired for two days based on my past experiences with cell phone stores. I believe the woman who helped me was named Sharon. She was super friendly, helped me as soon as I got in the store. I was in and out under twenty minutes and now have a fully working phone.

I just walked in without an appointment and got great customer service from Curtis..
Verizon had offered me an $800 trade-in on my old phone for a new S22+. he helped me through the process and explained that my bill would go up a little but I will not be paying interest on my 36 month contract extension. I already knew that I wanted the S22 plus with 256 GB memory with an OtterBox dual layer case. He brought that to me and explained how to run through the Samsung Smart switch app when I activate the new phone. He gave me a box to mail in my old phone. Great job!

The staff here were just wonderful, particularly Jamie and Marcus. Marcus was knowledgeable and efficient and went out of his way to make sure that I got the best deal on a new phone. Jamie was friendly and very entertaining while I waited for info to transfer from from old phone to the new one. He also checked to see if I was paying for services through Verizon that I wasn’t using and saved me money on my bill!

We came to this store after having a very poor experience from the Hillsboro location. Jamie Peters was a huge help compared to our lack of help prior. He was able to resolve our issue even with some technological hiccups with asurion. Very grateful we were able to stop at this location.

My experience with the Green Hills Verizon store was one of the worst. I've been with Verizon more than 10 years and have never had so much trouble upgrading a phone. The Green Hills employee put in my address incorrectly for a phone to be mailed to me and I could not get it fixed. I did a return to sender and went to the Melrose location in Nashville. The experience was completely different. The whole staff was friendly and helped me work through getting an upgrade. Zach in particular did an outstanding job. I wasn't able to upgrade on the initial day that I went in because the first phone was still being sent back. But Zach's service made it much easier. He gave me his work email and told me to reach out the following week so he could check the status. Finally got a great phone upgrade along with some outstanding service. I will definitely be going back to this location for any future phone needs.

Great customer service. I went in to get a wifi box and came back because it was just a bad box and they made extra sure the new one worked perfectly. Curtis and Marcus were the best and I could tell the other guys were being really helpful too. I was talking to a friend and she laughed because she said she drives across town to here because Marcus and his team are so good. I agree! Thanks for being awesome guys.

Jamie and Curtis were fantastic. Jamie valeted my car to the parking lot and then Curtis took it for a car wash, all free of charge! He liked all the pictures of my cats and laughed at all my jokes. I don’t live here but I will be making the 7 hour drive from Michigan to get help from this helpful duo!

Today, I had a complex issue with my Verizon account. To say I was upset and had really not much faith it would be worked out, I clocked out of work to go to the Verizon store because my account had been suspended and Verizon only allows a support person over the phone once you pay. This was a problem that had been dealt with and should have been resolved with online and phone support two months ago.
Once I arrived, I had to wait a bit but I watched the staff interact with many customers. Customer Service was outstanding from all I observed. I was set up to speak with Tre (Manager). He listened and looked at my account and I told him I had high hopes he could talk with customer support to resolve the issue. He agreed this was a complex issue. As I explained and he reached out to someone and followed my timeline of events and how this should have been resolved weeks ago, he thanked me for being calm. His demeanor and actions helped me to believe from the onset that he was there to help me. His staff came to him a few times to discuss issues and one commented that Tre had a calming style of dealing with problems. I agree. He is a wonderful example of how management can make a store a great place to be for both employees and customers. Thanks Tre to you and your team.

Tiffany is amazing! I was having an issue signing up for wifi due to moving many times and having an old deactivated account, but Tiffany made me feel so comfortable and helped me get onto Verizon wifi! Such a sweet person who cares and makes you feel at ease!

Had an issue with simcard in a replacement phone. One of the managers took care of me right away and I was on my way. Very plesant young man. I'm a VZ retire so we talked shop and was pleased to know Verizon is still the best in Customer Service.

After my horrible experience at the Nashville West location earlier in the day, I searched for an alternate. Thankfully I found this location on 8th South. I had the ultimate pleasure of working with Ryan who provided the exceptional customer that Verizon is known for and that I have ALWAYS received for well over a decade. He greeted me as soon as I walked in, asked what I needed assistance with, answered all of my questions and I was not in the store any longer than necessary. He was professional, friendly and respectful of my time. I will only go to this location from now on!!

To anyone that has had the misfortune of experiencing lackluster service at the Verizon @ Nashville West, it's worth the drive to 8th South!! They actually know what they're doing and how to provide excellent customer service.
