Boost Mobile

I bought a phone that was locked after my phone was thrown in a reservoir and was unable to get into anything I spoke to boost Mobile on their customer line for 2 days with no resolve I went to this store today and withing 5 mins the woman Sarah got it working! I recommend if you ever decide to go with boost Mobile to go to this location they are friendly and very knowledgeable!

Deesha is amazing at her job. I had gone to a different store last month and after several visits, left dissappointed. Deesha, on the other hand solved the problem with a phone call. This young woman is kind and patient and caring. Every person who came into the store while I was there was greeted warmly and treated kindly. She was professional but familiar at the same time. I would drive past 20 Boost stores to go to the one where Deesha works.

I had a really great experience here thanks to Walter. He got me exactly what I wanted at a great price, and I even got more than what I was expecting out of going there. Definitely recommend this place for a new phone!!!

My visit to the store on west sugar creek was outstanding super outstanding walter was patient
thoughtful and amazing with me and made me feel at ease if you want the best service you need to come visit him. He is super sweet!!!

If I could give zero Stars to this location I would I showed up at the store at 6:30 p.m. doors locked/lights on I had cash in hand ready to switch my service I do not recommend this store Nor waste the gas you never know if the doors are going to be locked or open wouldn't waste my time unless I live nearby and I could walk gas is too expensive don't chance it

Worst place ever. I purchased my phone here and they will not unlock my phone. I have called customer service several times and each time they lie about phone being unlocked.

Bad customer services I switched from another carrier after 4 hrs waiting charged me my card they give phone isn’t activated but i have wait another 4 hrs ! Im not recommended anybody
