The UPS Store

The UPS Store I visited today is always busy, but the line goes really fast. I highly recommend this store, it's the only one I use now.
I used their notary service and overnight mail today.
Monique is wonderful. She handled everything we needed done today expertly and quickly. Monique really has great customer service skills. She's a 10 out of 10! Thank you for wonderful calming demeanor and pleasant personality. I won't go anywhere else.

Just this past weekend I went to UPS to return a few items to some online stores and Ariana was the person who helped me with all my return packages. She’s very sweet and helpful! I had an amazing experience thanks to her. Thank you Ariana! I hope I see you again (:

I've been going to this UPS store for years, now. Never had a problem. They've always been professional, courteous, and quick with service. My only complaint would be that I wished they stayed open a little bit longer than 1900 hours. But otherwise, I highly recommend using their services at this location. Good people working there👍👍👍

Today I went to get some really important documents notarized, faxed and mailed off. And Monique was absolutely awesome and I really appreciate all of her help. THANK YOU!

Ariana made what seemed like an overwhelming task, a beautiful experience of shipping two UPS returns that I had.
She did it in less than 5 mins! She already knew what I needed before I could make a complete sentence. She was like a machine, but with heart and a smile! Thank you Ariana, you rock!

Ariana is the sweetest!!! I hope I run into her every time I come in. She is so helpful. On Halloween she made little stick figures for the kids my daughter absolutely loved it.

My experience has always been pleasant. Staff is friendly to everyone but I can't say the same in reverse. Some entitled weirdos out there.

I had come in on a Tuesday with 3 kids under 7, I was 30 seconds from having an emotional 😭 in my car. (I was really overwhelmed with pain and exhaustion). Unsure if my face showed that when I came in to drop off a package but she complimented me on my outfit twice. Very sweet and friendly. Sometimes it's nice for a mom to hear she doesn't looks as disheveled as she thinks. Thank you again! As far as service goes, we have used this location many times to drop off packages and never had any issues. Very quick.

I had to ship a large item here. Manny, the store manager, was amazing! The other staff were also helpful and friendly.

Despite such a large item, Manny did an amazing job packing my item.

Overall, great customer service and experience. I will frequent this store whenever I need anything else shipped through UPS.

I went here with my sisters to get a document notarized. We arrived at a very busy time. Manuel helped us and we took over 30 minutes of his time. He helped us sort through our documents and reprinted it as we had filled it out incorrectly. Incredibly patient with us and had a smile on his face while he was multitasking. Amazing service!

I ship a lot of packages at this location on a daily basis. They are always willing to help and even offer you a dolly to be used. The only bad thing is that the parking lot is always packed which is inconvenient to daily UPS users.

I visited the branch yesterday and Monique, who was assisting me , was extremely professional and respectful. I was in and out within 5 minutes and I really appreciated the behavior of Monique which made me feel the need of dropping this review.

This UPS store has the nicest employee's.

These people ARE AWESOME. I can't believe that there are any negative reviews. Perhaps those are based on previous owner/management. Kindest folks I've ever dealt with. I arrived frazzled at 5:35 p.m. Friday, got a friendly wave the second I walked in. Had deadline to return a fancy cell phone & grandma here couldn't get everything back in the Itty bitty box with slots for unknown doodads. My home printer on fritz, couldn't print label. Manny Molina, the manager, was like a good son, sweet, patient, basically fixed everything for me & because AT&T required it be sent USPS, he prepared everything so I could walk out the door and drop my package at Post Office. All for a grand total of $3.
I'd used this location for some Amazon returns last Christmas and remembered how helpful they'd been. Victor Molina owner, his brother, Emmanuel "Manny" Molina, manager. DOLLS, absolute dolls. Do not believe any bad reviews. Also the pic posted by Google of a dark brick facade isn't correct, must be a stock photo, other guides have posted true pics.

This location is very professional, friendly, and efficient. If I have any mailing needs I will travel to this location.

I opted to send my package for next day delivery. Due to mechanical difficulties, my package arrived in 2 days instead.

I went to the store and verified what happened. I was informed of their 100% satisfaction guarantee. They checked the computer to see when my package actually arrived and they refunded me for the inconvenience of my package being late.

It was a smooth and quick process. I really appreciate their professionalism and honesty. Thank you!

Gentlemen working was pleasant. This was the third UPS store I had went to just to find an express box. He knew exactly what I was looking for and was helpful with getting the correct size.
