I went to the store weeks ago and they were so nice to me .They also gave me some tips for the balloons.I love their products !!!Thank you for having the store in the area of Katy .

Live in Katy and saved the hassle of driving all the way to “the other store” for balloons, and boy am I glad I did! They all a wide variety of reasonably priced excellent brands and colors, but the best part was the customer service! They knew each color by name and brand and blew up the balloons to show what the actual color would look like. Remained patient and kindly helped me find the perfect color combination of balloons! Definitely my new go to balloon store!

I have drove to this store multiple times (4) and they are not open. I am here today at 10:15am. Google and their instagram says Mon-Saturday 9:30-6. Their door says Monday - Friday 9-6 and Saturday 10-4. I am here on a Thursday 10:15am and nobody is here. Called and no answer. This business always open or close when they feel like it. I drove 35 mins to Katy just for them to not be open. That’s not good business or customer service. Out of the 4 times they were open 2 times.

Arrived at store at 12:05pm on a Saturday and the door was locked. I called the stores number and it went straight to voicemail. What a waste of time.
