My husband and I recently bought materials for a deck that we are building, Jackie helped us in setting up our order and was very attentive to our requests! Brandon, and Robert helped us pulling all the materials and loading them to our vehicle. Overall very satisfied with the service we received.

I have never had a bad experience here, but the WORST thing in the world is to live too close to this store! I find myself there quite often. Not only because it's close, but because they generally have everything I need in terms of DIY projects. It's ALSO the people. I have found them to be knowledgable and kind.

Example: When shopping for our first pellet grill, I struck up a conversation with the main employee from that department. I was floored at the depth of knowledge he had because he was an avid user of pellet grill cooking already. His Q&A and recommendations were spot on. We opted for the Pitboss Pro Series V3 based on that conversation.

The cost was a little more than I expected to pay when I walked in, but I am getting much more for the money. My budget was my choice. He just provided the info. I am thankful that there was no "selling" on his part. Purely information sharing.

Another example is when I bought some (8) Adirondack chairs from out front. They are chained together, so I needed help. It was easy to talk to the attendant to get help. She was quick and fun to talk to while we pulled chairs.

Returning items is easy as well. There have been times when I forgot my receipt, but they don't hesitate to look it up with the credit card you used for the purchase.

Anyway...thumbs up on shopping at this Lowe's! I recommend it!

Grace election wide variety of options friendly service lots of tools and small pool accessories the wood quality here is good I would say better than Home Depot and prices are comprable. Keep an eye out for the sales because sometimes you can get a really good deal. Would definitely shop here again.

The Pearland Lowes is my store! Everyone there is so helpful! I walk a few steps and I always come across someone who asks what I’m looking for and what they can help me with. The people in the cabinet department are so knowledgeable!

I live about a mile from the Pearland Home Depot and drive all the way across town just to shop here. The employees are always so nice and helpful and my favorite part, as compared to the Home Depot, the aisles are always clear and easy to get down. The store also feels so much cleaner. Kudos to the management and employees at this store!

I drive from League City to this store to shop. Brian and crew are always helpful and polite. Ruby helped us with ordering cabinets and countertops and Veteran Michael is always positive in Paints. Yes, I know their first names because this is the type of hardware store that is there for you. Being in a wheelchair you really notice the little things that make your day. I enjoy my time shopping here.

I love this place. I have been coming here to buy plants and fertilizers. They have good selections of plants and gardening stuff. I bought my very first blacberry for $9.98 and it has been flowering and producing fruits, im so excited for this year's harvest. I also check their plant clearance. They usually have plants that are still healthy and prices are really cheap.

This is my local home improvement store. I recently purchased paint from another hardware store. It was very expensive. The paint associate at Lowe’s was able to match the other more expensive brand with a Lowe’s brand just based off the name of the paint. This paint was also already primed. Made my project super easy and completed in under an hour. I’m glad the associate made the recommendation. The dupe is behr marquee in Graphite.

Truu and especially Dom, from the lumber department, were so incredibly accommodating today (Nov 5, 2023), when purchasing supplies to build my daughter's play house and platform addition to her existing wooden swing set. I am immensely grateful for the extreme patience and kindness Dom showed me. My requests were not simple. They meant him spending a decent amount of time and even more attention to detail. It means the world to my world -my daughter. He brought a smile to her pretty little face and a warmth to my heart.

People like Dom are in short supply these days. He is deserving of praise. I only pray that future gratitude be given to such a kind individual by those that he come in contact with.

Cheryl in customer service is very attentive to each customer’s need. She was very thorough in our carpet cleaner rental.

Loew’s is like The Guitar Center to me. It’s like crack (I’ve read), chocolate or donuts lol. VERY ADDICTIVE! I love to work on making things better or upgrading things that have aged. For my home or business, I have almost everything covered. Lumber plumbing electrical, indoor and outdoor. We’ve had to do fence repair work and gate repair. We’ve had to replace toilets and redone a bathroom and have another to go. Lots of work to be done. We also are looking at a storage shed they sell to keep our ever growing tool inventory lol! It’s very seldom that a customer will experience exceptional customer service. I shopped this afternoon at the Pearland location and needed help with several items in the garden center. John assisted me with soaker hose, sprinkler info, and helped me to resolve a back order with customer service.
John is an outstanding employee and has instilled in me that there is still people in the world that care for others.

Came in with a kobalt lawn and garden battery issue, was directed over to the garden department to see if we could get the problem solved. It's been a while since the last time I was there but they have improved their check out area. I always prefer self checkout, it's much faster and using the app, I was able to easily find the products I needed.
