I love this place! They are always punctual, even early than schedule. I ordered a laptop for my daughter online. They said it will be ready for pick up in an hour but 15 minutes later, I received a notification that it's ready for pick up. When I went to the store, I was parked on the pick up curb, sent them a text to let them know I'm in the pick up curb. They said it will take around 10 minutes and I don't mind since I'm just sitting in the car. In 5 minutes, a smiling staff was coming with my item. She's very thoughtful and friendly. She's helpful enough to put it in the back of my car as requested.

My and my partner experience at this location was very helpful Michael the Hisense representative was super helpful and knowledgeable about TV's.Micheal took the time to explain the the differences between the OLED and qled,4k vs UHD ALSO took the time to go ever the features on the TV. which was very time consuming but he did it with such great customer service. Also showing us which TVs are better for gaming and going over the Hertz. I'm probably missing more stuff he mentioned but he sold us on Two Hisense tvs 75 and a 55 inch. Overall Great location upon arrival got greeted by the staff. We will be back. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MICHEAL,YOUR HARD WORK DIDN'T GO UNRECOGNIZED.

The stock is a little limited for PC parts. The staff was very helpful and I was still able to find what I needed with the help of them. Definitely will visit again

Came in on Christmas Eve. It was packed. I was buying replacement headphones. Someone came to help me right away, and I was able to checkout in the back and be on my way. The lines were long with people getting last min gifts. I was in and out. Love that for me.

5 stars for Johny from the Geek Squad team. Dedicated and passionate about his work. The laptop was deemed unrepairable and he went above and beyond explaining why and providing recommendations. Thank you!

Amazing service. Thanks needed a Dyson Pet Pro 3 ball vacuum that was stored up top in inventory. Within 5 minutes I had paid and was gone. Fantastic customer service!

I loved my visit to Best Buy. I was greeted and helped upon entering the store, which was perfect for me. I was pointed in the right direction by an employee, with another employee waiting for me in the TV dept. I told him what TV I pulled up on the Best Buy website, and he went to the back and brought it out in less than five minutes, I purchased my new TV, got my receipt, and was told to pull up to the front door to let them load it up for me. The Xfinity guy was waiting at my home when I left to go purchase the TV and couldn't believe how fast I was in and out and back home to have him set up my service on my new TV!! Best Buy didn't know my situation, they didn't know I was in a rush, and their service was perfect! I give them five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 💯💯

Bestbuy has always been my go-to place for most of my electronic purchases. Best of all, I have found quite a few great unadvertised deals by taking the time to browse the different departments when visiting my local store. Lastly, my total tech membership has more than paid for itself thru various special offers to members only! eg, I was recently in need of a few 123 batteries for my alarm sensors. The Energizer price for a pack of 12 was $49.00 dollars, but with my membership, my price was $26.00 dollars.

We always receive great customer service anytime we use this store. The store reps always have good knowledge of the products. Also, products are usually in stock

The customer service is great in this place they can help you find what you need in the store or get it delivered fast to the store or your address, they will also help you get large appliances to your vehicle if you need help

Was pleasented greeted as we walked in and had a couple of their employees asking if we needed any help. And when we were ready they were able to assisted us.

Like shopping at Best Buy for all our home electronics, have purchased our TV’s as well as home appliances from there. Today we walked in for a new Samsung watch 4 and loved the fact that they had them in stock. Love that they price match , always find what we are looking for. Also noticed that they brought back car stereo. Great selection of pioneer head units. 👍🏼
