The Home Depot

This might be the best Home Depot in Houston. I have been to around 10 other locations and this one cannot be beat. 99% of the time they are stocked with what you need. 100% of the time, they will help you with whatever you need. Love this place.

Romallis was super nice came in with a messed up paint order by another associate and was devastated Romallis was able to fix it quickly!!!!! Can’t thank him enough he was fast, nice, and polite best experience ever!

Need to know what you need to get your DYI project go to Home Depot. These guys know it all, for a minute I thought I was at a grocery store, So many people doing what else home projects landscape, kitchen, roofing, painting, you name it they know it.

Went today to get a Gas grill. I was very happy as the 400 dollars grill was on sale for 249. I asked a salesman if I can purchase a floor model as I have no one to put it together at home. The gentleman checked with the manager and was able to sell the floor model. 3 men load it up in my suv and everyone helped me from the time i walked in to the point I left the parking lot with my new grill. Will come back. Happy customer.

Today's trip to Home Depot was an outstanding experience. Believe it or not I stopped in there for clothes pins. Ask one Home Depot associate and she said she did not believe that was something they sold. At that point in time I fired up the Home Depot ad which instructed me to go to aisle 12 being 16. And what do you know that's right where they were. They did an amazing job holding up my targets at the rifle range.

Great place for all my home projects. It's close and great options. Big store with lots of options. I purchased my appliances here. I used to purchase them in other places but other places kept closing down BUT Home Depot is a sure WIN!

I want to thank Hanna, Chante and Sonya from customer service. They made my bad trip good. They were super nice, respectful and quick to problem solve. I greatly appreciate the great customer service they provided!

04/07/2023 I try to support Lowes over Home Depot but I do frequent this location pretty often and it is well run. Don't recall having any bad experiences in the years I've been a customer. Returns have been pretty straight forward.

I was at the Home Depot today and needed a good Cordless Chainsaw Cutter for cutting small bush and tree upto 7” diameter , Desmond the Salesman helped me find the right one. I had some patch work on my house walls and needed the right product to repair the patches and Tay at Paint Section helped me to find the right product. Finally Danielle at the Checkout Counter was helpful to checkout all my items within no time. A very nice experience I had at this Home Depot good Customer Service 👍🏻
