Went to rent a drain auger from the tool rental and had a great experience. Mr Charles recommended the perfect machine for the job I had. Needless to say, my drain is clear and working great again. Thanks so much, Mr Charles. Every time I've rented something from here, I've always had a great experience and my problem solved.

Had an excellent experience returning (2) locks. Robert was great. He was a joy to talk to. He gave me my receipt back to do survey but I was unable to do it due to the fact I returned the purchase. I will definitely do it on my next purchase.

Came out to do crafts out here with my daughter. The staff was awesome with the kids!! Daijaih was really friendly and helpful!!! Great customer service!! My daughter loves coming here to do the crafts. I will be back!! Thank you Daijaih for the great experience and being so great with the kids!!

Great service. I am editing my original post for one employee in particular, Angelique that worked in the paint department on the evening of the 18th of September. She was able to create and tweak a Disney paint color (which are now discontinued). This meant the world to me and will keep my loyalty to this store. I may even apply for one of those Home Depot cards they are always asking me about. Thank you Angelique. And is Walt himself approved here is the sky above my place while I applying Angelique's creation. As you probably figured out one is the sky and the other the paint.

Sheri is amazing! Not only did she help me with shelving ideas on my previous visit, but today she was all over the place. She got us signed up to start a flooring project we’ve been thinking about. She got us set up for an estimate for a shed we want. She even gave us some tips about ways to save money on everything from simple projects to informing us about potential tax credits.

She’s already a superstar, and this woman deserves a free coffee every morning to help her keep that positive, efficient, and welcoming attitude.

Did I mention that she also shared with us her experience as a homeowner completing projects with Home Depot before she started working there? If there is anybody that could represent the Home Depot brand better than Sheri, I don’t think I’ve met them yet.

It's a home depot and has everything you need, but it's very expensive like all the rest of them. Everything's going up.

I just moved to Slidell from Nebraska. I came in to buy a riding lawnmower using my military discount. I also needed it delivered. There were some issues with getting my discount to work and for some reason the computers weren’t allowing them to schedule it for deliver. Sherri in customer service worked through it all with the help from the manager on duty. They were still having issues with scheduling a delivery. Tony from lawn and garden said he would be able to delivery it in 2 days no problem. Everyone was extremely helpful. Customer service truly goes a long way!

I have been to many Home Depot’s in past and I don’t ever recalling an employee asking me do I need help. But when I went to this Home Depot, the young man name Eljiah asked me, “ do I need any help”? I really needed help and I appreciate him for everything that he did for me, and I told him to keep up the good job!!!! He really made my day!!!! Because , it’s hard fine good customer service now theses days.

This is a really good Home Depot (they may all have the same stuff but they aren't all equal). Great staff at this location. I've never had to stand around feeling invisible when I shop here, so I always shop here.

Y'all get me in trouble but I appreciate the variety of choices you give to get in trouble. A new Milwaukee M18 combo chordless tool set or a brand new zero turn lawn mower. Than you get me out of trouble with excellent help fulfilling my material list for my honey do list. Thank you home Depot

Great service. They let me pay for it, over the phone. Then my girlfriend picked up the materials in a different state.
