Winn-Dixie

If you have seen the Gentilly king cake in Winn Dixie and just kept walking like I have on my past trips….This one is something you do NOt want to miss this year! It’s super nice and a refreshing alternative to the regular king cake they offer. Filled with Gentilly Cream and Fresh Berries… it’s soooo yummy!!! (It is sweet).
Ian (my cashier…always great service) said he had not tried it yet and I promised to post a review.

It has been a number of years since I've been to Winn Dixie, I was impressed. Very clean, excellent variety, all for reasonable prices. I will be going back. It's the one on Gause Blvd. Slidell!!!!

Ian! What a fabulous individual! Super focused and super fast checking customers out and bagging their groceries. A very genuine and nice young man. A HUGE asset for this team. A++

I love this store! Excellent produce, meats soda selection is from another galaxy, A+ customer service, great prices. One BIG negative; they're going to self checkout. I have stage 4 cancer in my spine and lung. I don't want to be an employee/ checker and not get paid for it.

Sommer Ray is the very best manager at Slidell on Gause.

The pharmacy has awesome people.
Wish the shelves were more filled up.... But all in all... I go here because they welcome you like family and not just a customer.
And it is always so clean..

A relaxed shopping experience. The store was decorated for Christmas and products were in stock. There were plenty of holiday items including a large selection of nontraditional eggnog options. I was also able to buy multiple flavors of sugar free creamer and the bakery was well stocked.

Always a clean store with fresh produce and fruit. I shop here for my meats and dairy products. Also have fresh seafood and crawfish when in season. Friendly employees who will help you as needed. My go-to grocery store.

I am wondering if managment changed there.🤔 The store is well organized and super clean. When I got to the self checkout the employee in charge was extremely helpful from the beginning.

My favorite place to shop. Ordered party trays for the first time and was greatly satisfied with the quality and presentation! Next visit the cashier was very helpful when I didn't know how to use the points that I earned from previous purchase.

The whole store has an extremely friendly atmosphere, even the customers have good attitudes. employees are around and help when I needed directions locating items but the best part of my shopping trip today was the (young man) cashier that checked me out. He was the best cashier I've had in a long time.

This Winn-Dixie always look clean the lighting is good nice clean and the seafood (crawfish) guys make you smile they are very joyful. Big shout out to Mike and Ricoe

I visited a Winn Dixie I haven't been to in yrs . It was clean, shelves mostly filled. Not as much employee presence as I'd like. Overall nice.

I love this Winn Dixie! They always have that niche thing I’m looking for. The store is always clean and the employees are extremely friendly. Not to mention their pharmacy is the cheapest in town by FAR!!

Wonderful grocery store with plenty of parking, well lit and stocked. (will gladly issue rainchecks if out of advertised sale item). Meat department one of the very best in the area and you can get steaks and meat products cut to your specifications by request. Outstanding deli with daily lunch specials and excellent fried chicken and side orders to go. Well managed store with well trained, knowledgeable and super friendly staff. Great place to shop and great values for your dollar. Highly recommend this establishment.

Your average neighborhood grocery store the employees are really nice and helpful. Not the best prices or produce but if you shop the sales you can make out like a bandit. They do their best to offer what their customers want and if you do not see something you want just tell them. In my experience they aim to please and will try to get items in stock that are wanted. Store brand items are pretty decent too.
