I have been coming to the Ulta Beauty Salon in Northville since 2022, and have never been disappointed. My girl Mackenzie does my hair right every time, and I leave feeling like the best version of myself! Her knowledge and skills really show in how healthy and happy my hair is when I leave her chair. The salon and store is always full of the friendliest staff and makes me feel beautiful from the moment I walk in. My hair always feels healthy and happy even in between appointments because of the amazing products they use (I recommend always adding the Olaplex treatment!). I will never go anywhere else! If you’re looking for a refresh or to try a completely different style for an affordable price along with stylists and staff that care and want you to feel your BEST, you need to go to visit the Ulta Beauty Salon in Northville.

I always come when I need my hair done for a night out! Kennedy curls my hair every time and slays it. Once a month she does a deep conditioning treatment while adding a gloss to maintain my shine. I will continue coming to her for all my hairs needs!!

I got my hair cut earlier today by Aubrey, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a salon! She was so incredibly sweet and nice, very knowledgeable and overall a joy to be around. She communicated everything so clearly with me and explained what she was doing when she styled my hair so I’d know how to do it at home. My hair came out even better than I had pictured! Amazing environment and amazing people.

Was greeted with a smile when I walked in and was helped promptly. But most of all, what I noticed was the diversity amongst the employees which I absolutely loved. Ladies of all stages of life. I feel it important for everybody to be represented. I used to hate coming into Ulta because it was only young girls with perfect skin. Perfect hair, perfect make up perfect bodies. Women of all age groups shop for makeup and diverse background and ages everyone should be represented. I love it.

Had a perfect eyebrow arch from Cayla back in October. Going to book another appointment with her. Hoping she will be in this week! Suggestion, maybe not have the chairs so close in the eyebrow waxing area, the women next to me was so rude! Some people can't be nice for 20 minutes! I could care less about her story!

I got a haircut by Mackenzie and she is wonderful! I was hesitant about cutting my hair because i’m trying to grow it out, so we were able to meet in the middle. She was very patient with me, she is so friendly and she is a great conversationalist. My hair looks so healthy and all of my dead ends are gone! I definitely recommend coming to this location.

I Love coming to The Salon at Ulta Northville. I have been coming to Aubrey for 6 years now and she is an Amazing stylist that knows exactly what to do with my hair. She gives me gorgeous styles and her color work is Phenomenal!!!

Absolutely love this ulta! Have been getting my hair done here for 3 years now with the same stylist (Mackenzie) and have never left disappointed! Everyone is super friendly and the store is always clean and organized. If I need a certain product they are always there to help! Will always recommend this location!

I had an amazing experience there — the staff was kind and welcoming. The makeup expert was exceptionally attentive, especially for someone who had never bought any kind of makeup before. He walked me through the different products and checked in multiple times to help me get everything I needed. I forget his name, but he worked there yesterday and had a black broad-rimmed hat.

I walked in (with my cane) and was welcomed by a few employees. A colorful man complimented me on my lipstick. Then, I made eye contact with a salesperson and told her the list of items I was looking for, which she brought to me. She worked hard looking for the colors I wanted. When I purchased these, I was surprised one item was $50 plus. I was surprised since the other items she would say, "Do you want the smaller size" or offer value choices.
Well, my experience was lovely their atmosphere, too.
I would recommend them.

I have been going to Aubrey for a long time and she is the only one I trust with my hair, she does an amazing job every time and always exceeds my expectations. My color is so vibrant every time and barely fades.

Always have a great experience with Mackenzie! She asks lots of questions to ensure a personalized experience. I’ll be back again :)

I went to Linda for my first perm ever and she was amazing! Very knowledgeable and explained every little step to me so I know what she was doing! I came back for a second perm and the experience was as pleasant as ever!😍😍😍

Excellent service and warm friendly staff. Lindsay in Brow Bar is spectacular! I love my brows. I got the lamination, shape and tint. It was an easy and comfortable experience. I do not need my eyebrows micro bladed somewhere, too invasive for my taste. If you need help with your brows, book an appointment with Lindsay, you will not be disappointed. She is very knowledgeable and has a beautiful personality. Thank you so much

Went in for a color touch up on my hair at the salon. David did an excellent job at matching the purple that I wanted. He was kind, gentle and considerate. I'm very happy and will be back. 😁

Kayla and Anthony deserve raises! They were so kind and helped me pick out good prices and Kayla took her time to make sure I got the best deal for my dollar. Both incredible employees and look forward to coming back to get help from them!(:

This ulta location is absolutely wonderful. Krista, the manger and the rest of the staff are so helpful and welcoming. The large inventory of products makes it so much easier for customers to make this a one stop shop for everything beauty! A+++

This by far best Ulta I have ever been 2! The staff is nice .Expes the gm and they have the best hair stylists! So nice and helpful .. go above and beyond take there time 👍🏼😊so pleased with this Ulta go in today!!

I had the most amazing hair transformation today by Hannah. I came in with a terrible botched highlight, and she worked her magic! My balayage is beautiful. 😍 We talked almost the whole appointment, as if we'd been friends for years. She is so personable and talented. I have finally found a stylist for myself, and I'm so excited about it! Can't wait to come back in May for a touch-up! Thanks girl 💙
