I had a great experience at this store. Kollin was the rep that helped me. He was thorough explaining the changes I was making to my account and handled some other issues outside the store with ease. He put my screen protector on like a pro. The store was clean, the queue moved quickly. Thank you!

Great customer service the moment you walk in the door! Pleasant and helpful. After getting signed in, I'll admit the wait time can be a little frustrating but the service is worth it.

My wife and I came in to the store 30 minutes before closing time. We had recently purchased AT&T phones,
which we were very dissatisfied with, and wanted to switch back to our Verizon phones. This became a very involved process due to the timing of canceling our Verizon account when we got our AT&T phones.

But thanks to the expertise and diligence of the store manager Haley, and her associate Shelby, they were able to get both of us switched back to our original Verizon phones. Haley also made sure that we got the best price available. They hung in with us for an hour past closing to make sure that our needs were met.

My wife & I were very impressed with both of them! Much appreciated!

Brian ( assistant manager ) was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable- give him a raise! We had a horrible experience at a Verizon corporate store awhile back and I was hesitant to upgrade our phones . This experience was streamlined and positive. Thank you Brian

Simon was extremely helpful and helped me out a lot with his fast and excellent services providing me my new iphone. I was only in store for around 20 minutes and was out with a new phone and service, along with a new case to protect it at a great price. Thanks again simon for all the help.

Specialist Kyle was an absolute pleasure to work and interact with! He was able to get me a cheaper deal on a monthly finance plan for an available upgraded phone than the one that I wanted at first. His customer-service skills are superb. I would definitely recommend him to anyone shopping at this store. Overall, my experience at this location was excellent!

Came in this afternoon after experiencing what I thought was a virus on my phone. Hosea assisted me and took the time to explain it was a safeguard and fixed it immediately. We were in and out in 5 minutes. Thanks again, Hosea, for having such a great attitude and for helping us so quickly and getting us on our way.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I usually never have an issue with Verizon and today I can sincerely say, I was NOT disappointed! From start to finish, I was greeted by Specialist Kyle, who was able to sign me in and Specialist Shelby, was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

My Verizon Specialist, Shelby, was fantastic! She has a very bubbly and relatable attitude, which is much needed for those who are nervous buyers, like myself. She was able to break down my inquiries in a way that I was able to fully understand. Transparency was 10/10 and I now have a much better understanding of how the process to upgrade my device, versus a trade-in process, is conducted.

She also was able to help me get into a new iPhone 14 pro max, with much needed accessories. Shelby clearly has the knowledge, experience and guidance that customers need. All I’ve got to say is, this store has a winner, with her! Experience 10/10 100% satisfied.

This morning I had the idea of getting myself a new iPhone 14 Pro. I walked into the store not knowing what I would be looking for, and I was greeted by Dell. Dell went out of his way to make sure that I left that store satisfied, and he is very knowledgeable and good at his job. He got my family hooked up with a new WiFi router and sent me on my way with a new iPhone 14 pro and a new Apple Watch SE! Thank you Verizon and thank you Dell!

I came into this location to get a new phone and walked out two+ hours later with a brand new phone, brand new Apple Watch, better & more efficient phone plan, and a huge smile!! I worked through Kyle and he was THE BEST!! He was patient, informative and very easy to talk with. He worked and worked on my account to get me the best outcome possible and I could not be more happy. There was also some side help from the other Kyle (manager, Kyle) who I would like to give props too as well. Thank you for being so kind and helpful, and this was something I noticed from all of this store's employees; the customer service was top notch throughout. Keep up the great work!!

I had such a great experience. There were complications with activating my phone, and the manager Eric was so patient with trying to work through the issues. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. On top of that, he was also very in tune with helping his team and other customers when possible.

Specialist Kyle was patient and spent one hour helping me transfer 8 phone lines from a personal to business account. He accomplished what several phone calls to the 800 # could not do.

Shelby was our rep and did a great job. Reviewed possible upgrades, but never was pushy. Made sure we had all of our questions answered before we left. Very pleased with the complete process.

After having spent hours online with Verizon help, I came back to this store where I had purchase yesterday my iPhone 12 and could not get get download complete. Monique met me at the door and said sit down at station one and I will get you connected. She was one of the most competent, pleasant and helpful persons I have encountered in a long time. She had another client and the same time and she was also giving praise as to how great Montique was. I left one very happy customer, my I Phone now works perfectly.

My wife got a iPhone 13 for Xmas gift. Went to the local apple store to get the phone and have it set up. Couldn’t get it setup at the store and was told could finish it at my home. Not the case. I took it to the Verizon store off 8 mile by the Meijer store. The person who helped me was Mary. What a wonderful person. She was professional and pleasant to work with. Had the phone working perfectly in 20 minutes. It’s good to see that there are people who do their job and enjoy helping us that are technically challenged. Thanks Mary.

Haley, Kyle, Mary, and Willie were all wonderful. I had a damaged phone and Kyle FedEx d me a new phone overnight, Haley tuned my new one and it was a perfect experience. I have had many non-perfect ones at other stores. Since phones control every aspect of our life, my stress level plummeted. Thx again...JG

When I walked in I was greeted right away. They got me signed in and within 15 minutes a guy helped me pick out a new phone and even gave me a discount on standard accessories like case, screen protector and car charger. Excellent service can't wait to go back for my next phone on the new 5g network.
