Great Lakes Ace

I come here specifically because they sell Benjamin Moore paints, I've had great luck with the pain counter here & I've had good service. The associates are friendly & knowledgeable, they do a good job mixing the paint & checking it after. Plus the location & parking are pretty good.

A good old fashioned neighborhood hardware store that puts the customer first. You don't have to walk miles and miles through isles and isles to find a simple picture hanger. The prices are a little higher but it's worth it for the convenience factor. Thank you Great Lakes Ace Hardware.

Great store and excellent staff who are very helpful and nice

Helpful staff. They seem to have a little of everything. Went in for O-ring for a pressure washer and they had a great assortment. Needed a long philips head screw driver and they had that too. Saw paint and most any household thing you would need. Much rather to find something than at home depot. Prices may be a bit more but the convenience was nice. Saw they also have pickup for online orders and delivery of online orders if needed.

Been going there for many years. Even when it was an ACO it was a good store. But when you walk in there the lady behind the counter has been there for 30 plus years. It has a small town feeling in a big city. Great place, lots of knowledge.

Would recommend and go again. The workers are very friendly and also gave me a Flag for my Great Uncle's funeral across the street

Ran in Sunday morning. Found a sliding framed screen that fits in a window without a screen. Keeps bugs out, lets fresh air in. Knowledgeable sales people at the paint section. THANK YOU ! PEACE

I absolutely love this store. I do wish that it was much larger so it could carry more products. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Their manager Alex is also very personable. He is a string supporter of the community and supports a program permitting those with learning disabilities to find meaningful work.

Catalina helped me today a couple times and she was great both times! She helped me find the stuff I needed and went above and beyond trying to find compatible parts for me. She was also balancing the fun stuff that comes along with being a manager at the same time and did great! She gets both customer service and being a good manager. Thanks!

This store is large enough to have what you need and small enough that it doesn't take ten minutes to find it. Helpful and pleasant staff have sold me everything from a Christmas tree to a pipewrench since I started coming here, around seven years ago. It's clean and well-organized. They do a great job of it.

My experiences at Ace Hardware have always been great !! The personnel have a personality that is friendly and knowledgeable. The store is set up to easily find whatever I'm looking for and opening at 8 a.m. is great for us early birds. No need to have to look around for help when I need it because there is always someone available throughout the store to answer any questions and help find what I'm looking for.

The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. He worked there 30 plus yrs on and off, he was friendly and knew the store like back of his hand. Ace is number one and they carry many things big box stores do not, more specifically just about any fasteners you could think of... including elevator bolts

Stopped in to get my fishing license. These sales people were so very nice, and very helpful. I was asked a few questions that saved me money, and gave me some hints for the coming season.

The Great Lakes Ace near me is always organized and well stocked with plenty of knowledgable staff to help or point me in the right direction. During the winter, I needed help with a 40# bag of ice melter and the clerk took it out to my car. Another time I was looking for a specialty light bulb and they pulled out a resource catalog where I found what I needed. They go the extra mile to help you.
