I came on a Saturday morning and they were very busy with about 6 people in line to return items. The worker was so fast and polite. :) I tried to see what her name was but she was a blonde woman. Thank you!

Personal staff is acknowledgeable, courteous and professional. Took their time to help us the clients with our postal needs. Parking and waiting time frame is efficient.

I have been returning my Amazon packages here for years... always friendly, and always great customer service.

I went to get fingerprinted for a new hospital job. There was no wait. I worked with Donna she was patient. Her instructions were clear and her attitude was pleasant.

I always get great customer service from all employees. Best part, never a line.

Being that I come from a management/retail background, I take customer service and efficiency very seriously when I go into other places. This UPS store upholds both of these aspects highly. You can tell the employees are happy to be there, they make you feel like they truly care about your needs and they do what ever they can to get the job done. Thank you for showing that work ethic and being happy in your work place is still possible in these crazy times! If I ever have any future needs I know where to go! You guys are awesome :D!

Friendly customer service, cleanliness of the store & quick checkout with zero issues

I've gone to this store multiple times as it close to work and I'm never disappointed. The employees here are so nice every time and do their best to go as fast as they can so I am in and out. There was only one issue with the computer once and the manager came out and remedied the situation quickly and even apologized for something out of her control. Overall some of the best employees I've seen thank you to everyone there.

Recently went in to have a complex house-closing real estate deal notarized. The office admin and notary, Kelly, was clearly fluent with these sort of docs. She walked us through over two dozen pages of legal jargon, seamlessly and with a smile on her face.
Because of her professionalism and customer service, we will use this location for all of our UPS needs going forward.

If I can put 10 stars here I would. One of the employees at UPS helped me with my banner and I can not express enough how happy I am with my finished products! The fact that she took the time to help me and adding more detail to the banner made me realize how good they are with their customers. I am very satisfied. Will definitely come back again to this location.

I have used this UPS store over the past four years to ship a large quantity of boxes after our winter stays in the area. Greg, the owner, and his staff are quality people doing a great job. Over the years I have had several pricing challenges with my shipments. Greg has been very responsive and considerate in understanding my questions and providing detail analysis and adjustments when required. I have found Greg very professional and understanding in our dealings. I look forward to continuing to use this professional store and staff in the future.

I have been going to this location for years with my Amazon returns and have to say that my experiences have always been great. Having worked and retired from Costco, I know great customer service when I experience it and this location delivers. The staff is very professional. Thank you.

I had a very positive and productive experience at this location. I was greeted by everyone at the counter the moment I walked in. I was offered help immediately. The person who helped me appeared professional and personable. I was thanked for visiting as I exited. Customer service was on point.

My boyfriend is deployed and I am always sending packages. This location is always friendly and helpful. The manager is excellent, he goes over and beyond what normal managers would do. He is very informative and makes sure the store is ran accurately/smoothly. :)

I truly do not understand all the negative reviews. The owner is a close friend of mine and I send all of my clients here. I just had them make a poster for me and they did an amazing job. Thank you Denise!

First time I come to this location I’m not believe it I scan the barcode and putting the sticker and drop the box is take one min only 10 ⭐ very fast service and friendly thanks guys

There was a long line of customers but it went very quickly because of the service person there. The young man who attended me on a busy Saturday morning was incredibly fast, efficient and cordial. He spoke with me about my order in a very friendly manner. I wish every service person was like that! A+ for customer service!

I appreciate your reply Greg and I have changed the rating on the review because 1) you shouldn't directly be punished for the actions of UPS and 2) you actually took the time to respond and discuss this with me.
However, I went down the street to another UPS store on Dysart and Camelback and they shipped it no questions asked, because I had a Prepaid shipping label from the manufacturer of the upper reciever. Obviously the manufacturer of the rifle has a contract with UPS of some sort because the UPS label that was printed had their logo and name on the top of it. FYI, your employees/manager that were on site the day of this incident should probably be a little more knowledgeable on the situation before arguing with a customer. Your manager informed me that he needs a "special license" (assuming he meant an FFL) to ship firearms, even after I explained that this part had no serial number, I wasn't shipping a lower receiver or any serialized component.
I understand now that the store is a franchise and you're abiding by "rules" set in place by UPS themselves. However, I think you should contact UPS and get a clear line drawn as to what you can and can't ship (when it comes to firearms and 2A items).. like i said, the other store shipped it no questions asked, and their employee informed me it was because I had a shipping label, but he was not allowed to ship any other firearm products.
Also, the shipping label clearly states to drop the package off at ANY UPS location, drop box, etc etc... May want to contact your regional manager of UPS and voice how frustrating it is that customers are coming to your store with pre-printed labels from a big online firearms dealer and you are having to turn them away due to their false wording on their labels. The manufacturer is "bear creek arsenal" and you can print UPS labels straight from their site.

On a side note, they wouldn't even ship a "Micro Roni" which is a piece of a plastic that you can put a Glock pistol inside of (I'm sure you're aware of this product if you're a 2A supporter)... in that mindset, would I not be able to ship a holster, an empty handgun case, or a box; because I can put a pistol in those items also?

Absolutely delivered on my Notary, fingerprinting, and priority mailing needs. The young lady went the extra mile to make sure the fingerprinting card was the correct one for the requirement that I needed and ensured that is was done right!
